The barn has a living room with a black kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a loft with two beds, and a sofa bed in the living room. It also has a double shower with a window to admire nature while showering. Fireplace, swimming pool, and river. And an environment with a monumental complex formed by a Romanesque church with a crypt, a modernist cemetery and an Iberian village 5 minutes away. Spectacular! 5 minutes from a rural restaurant and 10 minutes from the town/city.

It is a loft-style apartment, private and cozy for you to enjoy alone. There are no other guests. A place with a lot of personality and charm in the middle of mountains and nature. It is located inside an emblematic house in the center of Estamariu, a beautiful village in the Catalan Pyrenees 20 minutes from Andorra. If you like big-screen cinema, you can enjoy your favorite film in its private cinema room, the seventh art in the center of a privileged rural setting.

This apartment is quiet. All exterior. It consists of a living/dining room with a kitchenette, balcony with views, sofa, smart TV. Can Comella està integrada en el teixit urbà del poble de Gavarra, un poble que a mitjans del S XX es va vincular al municipi de Coll de Nargó. Fins a principis del segle passat la casa estava habitada. Tot i les seves reduïdes dimensions, els elements constructius que conformen l'estructura d'aquest edifici són els originals, circumstància que converteix Can Comella en un exemple valuòs de l'arquitectura tradicional de la zona.
