Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Junrejo

Villa MKV was very memorable for all of us. My family and I and family friends vacationed in Batu, Malang from May 29 to May 31, 2025, and we stayed at MKV. When we arrived at this villa, we were very satisfied with the room and facilities. Even when we only spent time at the villa, it was very enjoyable. We and the children could swim and play, barbecue, karaoke, watch Netflix together, and chat by the pool. The surrounding is very beautiful, if you go up to the rooftop in the morning you can see a beautiful sunrise, and in the opposite direction there is a view of the mountains. It's really amazing and fun. Megawati as the host is also very responsive, friendly and kind. When checking out, we had car problems and she was very sympathetic to us and fortunately the problem was quickly resolved. Thank you Mega, may God bless you.

Cozy place in a nice environment in Malang. You can do laundry here too, including ironing, which is great. The WiFi was also of good quality—we could watch Netflix on two TVs at the same time while using our phones without any issues. If you're looking for a quiet getaway in Malang, this is definitely a great place to stay. There isn't much within walking distance, but it's easy to order food and groceries. For food, I recommend ShopeeFood, and for groceries, Alfagift.

A great alternative if you want to find a place that sits between Batu and downtown Malang. Peaceful yet not really isolated (which is great for people who doesn't enjoy super quiet places). The host is very responsive.

For me, this place is almost perfect. The place is cozy, private, and clean. There are only a few notes that friends may need to pay attention to. 1. The distance from the car park and the front door requires a short walk, about 1-2 minutes. Short but quite troublesome if you bring a suitcase or a lot of stuff. Luckily the host was helpful enough in bringing the things we brought 2. You are only given 1 key, which is the front door key/main key. There are no other locks on other doors, such as bedroom doors, bathroom doors, etc. For those of you traveling with families, it may not be too much of a problem. In addition, your privacy may be reduced

The unit is neat, clean and modern. The view from the balcony is also beautiful because it immediately looks like the mountain. Host was responsive in replying to messages. Next may be able to add wifi amenities. Overall, Renjana is an okay place for choice to stay in Malang, it is strategically located and an apartment environment that provides various tenants for the choice of snacks.

impressive experience, all the instructions from the beginning to the end were very clear and helpful.. especially when there was trouble (wifi no internet) the host was very responsive and agile regarding trouble at this place. the rest is comfortable without any interruptions during the stay and will come back here if there is time another day!!

it's very good, the facilities are in accordance with the description, but maybe it can be improved the facilities to make it better, such as wifi (because there the network is very difficult), cutlery, etc. but overall it's okay, the place is very quiet and safe

Philippe and Ibu Lusi is amazing host. Kids friendly, warm and super helpful attitude with clear communication and understanding for family with children. We feel hommy during the stay, with beautiful views and nice furnitures and kitchen. Great value, easy access to plenty cafes/attractive places in Baru surroundings and fully recommended for small families/couples to stay.

The apartment is very clean, internet worked well. The host was always responsive and replying quickly. We had drinking water provided as well. Additionally there is a supermarket at the ground floor of the building. At the same time, there is usually long waiting time for the lift, apartament is very small and sometimes the neighbours behave loud during the quiet hours. Overall a nice stay though!
