VERY GREAT LOCATION AND NICE / CLEAN CONDO

This was perfect for a family of 4. The room is pretty spacious. For the price, you cannot beat this deal especially with the waterpark passes. The pictures are accurate. Overall, the room was nice and clean. I would stay here again.

It’s very relaxing and peaceful

We have now stayed here multiple times and will keep coming back. The place is clean and spacious and great for a couple families to stay in for a weekend waterpark adventure. I love that the waterpark passes are included and we don't have to walk outside to get to the waterpark in the cold winter/early spring days.

After reading some of the previous reviews, I was slightly concerned. But, as everybody knows, do your best when checking places out. We were very happy with this rental. Clean and comfortable are the biggest things I am concerned about. The unit was definitely clean, bathrooms, which I am picky about, spotless. The beds, another big concern for me, as I have a ruptured disk, was definitely comfortable. This was a great place for us to stay at. Very happy. Thank you!

Great place, family had a wonderful time, condo was clean and extra spacious for a family of 8, felt right at home and kids did not want to leave. Mandeep confirmed our reservation almost instantly and sent us clear instructions for our stay and assured us we would have a great time. Much needed getaway, thank you Mandeep!

Really nice condo it’s HUGE, plenty of space for a large group. The place was clean and the staff at the resort was very nice! Check in process was also quick and easy.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to book again soon. The Chula Vista is a beautiful way to enjoy the Dells and the space was perfect for a hit family. Very spacious with luxury amenities.

Great deal on this condo and it’s pretty spacious and well stocked. The only drawback is that the condo registration desk was not staffed so we had to check in where the hotel was and that line took about 35 minutes to get through when we arrived. That’s not on the host though - they were very accommodating for our late checkout and the place is nice, Waterpark is great.

Thank you for a lovely long Memorial weekend, our family had the best time golfing, biking, playing tennis, and fishing! The pool, hottub and childrens area looked awesome we just ran our of time! The sunsets were spectacular, the deck was huge and offered plently of secluded seating with peaceful views! Other guests around were all kind and friendly, and the whole facility clearly takes upmost care of the property. 10/10 would definitely come back!!

The host was very quick to respond and did a great job of communicating. The listing was very accurate and it’s a beautiful place to stay. It’s just far enough away from the main drag that it’s not hard to get there, but quieter where it’s located.

Fantastic place, we stayed in one of the 4 bedroom apartments and had a great time. The apartment was meticulously clean and very comfortable. We will be making this destination a regular trip. The pool with jacuzzi ,beach at beautiful Castle Lake , deck with beautiful view and many others attractions were great for the family. Was able to get in a little shore fishing as well.

Amazing space for my group of 11! We had plenty of room to sit and sleep. Everything was very clean and aesthetically pleasing! Having three bathrooms helped so much! Communication was top notch and quick! I would highly recommend staying here!

We have stayed at this resort before but I will never book through the hotel again! I would book this rental every single year on Mother’s Day weekend. The unit was extremely clean and decorated beautifully! Love the little touches they add - like a real coffee pot and supply a container of Starbucks coffee, filters, cream and sugar and of course coffee cups. It was easy to get into the unit with the keypad. Love not having to carry a key - also loved NOT having to check in at the front desk. Saved us so much time! We also do not use the water park when we go there so I love not having to pay for them. When you book thru the hotel you pay the resort fee. Fabiola and Andrius - thank you so much for offering this unit for rent. I will definitely book it again! Only thing is could use a bigger TV - hard to see from Sofa. Thank you again!

Great location with amazing views of the lake, sunsets, and stars. The pool, playground, and pickleball courts were wonderful to have so close. Well stocked kitchen, plenty of linens and towels, good selection of baby/kid items, and super comfy beds. Friendly host and condo association staff. Nothing bad to say, we had a wonderful time!
