André's apartment is very well decorated, elegant, and very comfortable, the bathroom besides being beautiful and of very good taste, was clean to the extreme and with a very tasty shower to take a bath after a tiring day, and all the rest of the apartment is also extremely clean and tidy! All exactly like the photos, everything in the right and organized place, and a wonderful LEDs lighting system! good space and the location with many amenities nearby, including a mall. André is very polite and helpful. Congratulations on your space, and I definitely recommend it to everyone, and I will come back more often! See you!

Cozy apartment. We stayed 6 months very well settled!

The property is exactly as described in the listing. The apartment's structure is complete, with an equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room and a bedroom with a very cozy double bed. The location is another positive point, close to everything. I recommend the accommodation for both business and leisure travelers. Safe environment, well located and with all the structure to feel at home. I thank the hosts for their attention and care throughout the stay.

It was all quiet according to the proposed. Always willing to solve any questions and come up with solutions.

Renata was very quick to respond and made it easy for me to enter and was very objective in her instructions. The room is excellent, very quiet, and it was totally in accordance with the description, and everything was very clean. Robson's apartment is excellent! Great location, extremely clean, organized, well-decorated apartment, clean and fragrant bed linen, very good furniture and communication with the host is excellent. It is only worth mentioning that the parking spaces are very tight, whoever goes with a truck will have to evaluate with the host about the parking space, but this is already about the condominium and not about the apartment, for sure when we return to SP it will be our accommodation destination.

Everything was perfect in Alex's apartment, including the apartment is better and more comfortable than the photos show! We love it and recommend it for sure!

The apartment is small, but it is good for those who go to work during the day and come back just to sleep. The location is good, with a market, pharmacy and restaurant less than 200m away. Communication with the host was super smooth, always willing to help. As negative points I put the following: poorly equipped kitchen (there was not even salt, or a decent knife for cooking) and in the listing it is written that it is possible to leave the suitcase to pick up later at the end of the day (something I needed to do) but neither the host nor the building offer this facility.

Despite being a one-bedroom apartment, the bedroom is spacious and the apartment has a good balcony with a wonderful view. For me, the big difference was having a gas shower and two parking spaces, things you rarely see in smaller apartments in Cambuí. Everything in the apartment worked and the building is very charming, located in the best neighborhood of Campinas, full of shops and restaurants. I loved staying there and I'll definitely stay again!!
