Vacation rentals with a patio in Juayua

Everything is super good, the hostess is super friendly and was always ready to answer questions before booking and already in the place, she was always attentive if we needed anything, we had doubts about something or so.

Highly recommend this stay for any visitors. This location is at a great area, the park of Santa Ana is at a walking distance; Delicious eats surrounding the place, and the owners stay right next to the place. My cousin and I felt very at home. We went to climb the Volcano Santa Ana. The owner is very knowledgable and gives great tips. I am coming again to Santa Ana in August and will stay again

The place itself was nice and matched the listing, but just a heads up—there are quite a few house rules and regulations to keep track of. Nothing unreasonable, but it can feel like a lot, especially if you’re already tired or trying to relax and enjoy your vacation. For some, that level of structure might be appreciated, but personally, it felt a bit overwhelming at times. That said, everything was clean, well-maintained, and the host was responsive.

We loved this house! The only thing we really struggled with was finding it, since our map didn't seem to register the address of the gated community, but Irma literally stopped what she was doing to give us directions and even offered to facetime us while we approached the house, so we wouldn't get lost. The house was beautiful, clean, air conditioned, and had wifi on both floors. Being able to do laundry before leaving back home was so nice. We didn't use the kitchen, since we went out to eat but it had everything you would need and the house was right next to a Walmart, which came in handy! Unfortunately, only one shower had hot water, but the other showers were very clean and provided shamppo and conditioner. The beds were very comfy as well. We didn't get the chance to use the pool, but it was a nice option to have. After long days out adventuring, it was so lovely to come rest at this accomodation. All in all, a wonderful stay and we would book again! Thanks Irma!

The host was really responsive and friendly, always helpful with us getting there and any questions we had. The apartment was really cute et cozy, and had everything we needed. Note that the place is in a house complex that is highly secured and quiet. Many restaurants 5 minutes away by car, not accessible by walk! We appreciated the time we had there!

Definitely a great place to stay in Chalchuapa - walkable to Tazumal and La casa Blanca, as well as the local lake and a couple of nearby restaurants

Pictures don’t do it justice, the house was more than what we imagined, it was as described and more. It’s evident that the host cares about his guests with the attention to detail in his property, everything was very clean and the basic necessities are also provided. On a side note, bring your own pool towels, those aren’t provided and more importantly, DO NOT FORGET to close all the doors at night! We accidentally left a door open in the evening when we stepped out and we came back to a haven of insects all shapes and sizes everywhere. Eduardo was an amazing host, very communicative, he made sure we had clear instructions on how to get to his property and how to access it. He also provided information for a personal chef, jet ski rentals/tours and for a delivery person and upon arrival, the caretakers are really friendly and attentive as well. Overall it was amazing and we will definitely be going back, lovely property and the host made it an awesome experience.

The accommodation is well located, safe and quiet. Bruno responds very quickly to messages and is very understanding. Would recommend and come back the next time I visit.

Gerson was an excellent host, great at communicating and very attentive. We had an amazing stay here for 9 nights. Was very easy to live in this well equipped home. 15 minute easy walk to the centre, some shop and little restaurants in the complex. This place was great would highly recommend!!! I recommend this apartment for someone alone, couple or family. It has a lot of space. All well tidy with A/C, hot water Everything excellent
