All the comfort of a modern house in a 3,500-square-meter park, a few blocks away from a beach on Rio de La Plata. A jacuzzi, a wood stove, AC, an oven, a fire pit, a grill, a mini pool, internet, smart TV, and more. A beautiful experience of relaxation, tranquility and nature. IMPORTANT: 4 people max, March to December only over 17 years old, January and February any age. Note: electricity is charged separately. Depending on usage, it ranges from 2 USD to 6 USD per day. Everything is excellent, clean and clean. Some welcome details too, and very good communication. The building is beautiful. We'd come back!

Gonzalo's apartment was great for our long stay. It's located in a nice building in a quiet neighborhood that is right next to the beach. Plus, it is surrounded by good restaurants and grocery stores. The internet was very fast and stable. We'll definitely stay here again the next time we're in Montevideo.

The entrance to the building is highlighted by modern architectural design featuring contrasting materials. Glass sliding doors reveal an inviting lobby space, while soft lighting illuminates the surrounding greenery adding a touch of elegance to the entrance.
