Villa vacation rentals in Juan-les-Pins, Antibes

We really enjoyed our stay. The detached house is exactly as described on the website by the owners. Four bedrooms, a really large living space and a very airy and light living room and kitchen area. Two private balconies and right next to a pool. The house is on a private condo area with key access and is 3 minutes walk to shops, restaurants, bakeries and cafes in the centre of Juan Les Pins and max 5 mins walk to the long main beach in the town. The nearest supermarket is a few minutes walk, with an even bigger one 5 to 10 minutes walk. so all very convenient. you can also walk to Antibes in 20 mins from the house or get a cab there. Juan Les Pins train station is 5 mins walk from the house. We went to Nice by train one day and it was very easy. So all very convenient for a holiday. We met both our check-in/check out host Katerina and the owners and they could not have done more to help and make us feel welcome. I would recommend them and we would stay again!

Catherine and Thierry have a wonderful family home that was perfect for a vacation with our friends and children. Very kid friendly home equipped with high chairs, cots, toys, baby bathtub, pool alarm and gate, you name it! We really enjoyed our time and would definitely stay again in the future. Only thing to keep in mind is cell phone service and WiFi is not strong which makes it the perfect place to disconnect on holiday! Thanks for a great time!

Enjoyed stay In St Paul de Vence.. The Airbnb is bright and peaceful. In current era of maps on phone the back narrow roads make such Airbnbs an easy option. The house itself had large windows in every room with the eating area and master being the highlights. Travelled with small dog who loved the large yard. The local grocery store Le Clerc a 5 minute drive down the hill was amazing – so we cooked in house and ate al la fresco. Lots of space and Airbnb is fully equipped. Also found the location in St. Paul de Vence ideal -- nice neighborhood -- not too far up the the hill and close to grocery store, large local mall, and up the hill arts and restaurants. Going it is often difficult to judge locations. Thank you to Jean who was available to help with any questions.

We had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful Mougins villa during the Cannes Film Festival, and it truly enhanced our experience. The villa's tranquil setting provided a perfect retreat after the festival's excitement. The check-in process was seamless, and Carole's attention to detail was evident throughout our stay. The spacious layout and pristine pool area offered both comfort and luxury. Being just a short drive from Cannes, the location was ideal for our needs. We wholeheartedly recommend this villa to anyone seeking a serene yet accessible getaway in the South of France.

This was one of the best AirBnb apartments we stayed at so far. Wonderful view to the sea and mountains. Just a short walk to beaches and other beaches in 5 minutes driving distance. Jean Jacques was always reachable and was there to welcome us on the first day and show us the apartment. We would definitely come back!

Renee's villa is absolutely beautiful: the location, the amenities, the gardens and outdoor areas, pool and privacy were all superb. There was a major power outage in Southern France while we were there and we were well prepared with the candles and flashlights provided in the villa. The proximity to the surrounding beautiful small villages as well as the Mediterranean coastal towns of Nice, Antibes, Eze, etc. provides a wide choice of sight-seeing, restaurants, grocery stores, hiking, beaches, history and art. I would suggest all renters read her book of instructions and suggestions thoroughly at the start of their stay, as there is important information to make your stay more comfortable and without problems.

It is my 2nd time having my holidays with my friends at Aude’s villa. The experience is wonderful. It is totally private and spacious. Aude is a very warm host and communication is superb! Highly recommended to anyone looking to have a holiday with peace and privacy in south France!

Superb accommodation over two floors and separate. Extremely spacious. Excellent resources and very pleasant garden and outdoor spaces.Julien was an excellent communicator. We had a great time at Bergerie St Andrieux. Each week for 4 weeks one of our children came to stay (along with their families). Each of them said how much they enjoyed their stay. The house was perfect for 2 families as the sleeping areas are completely separate (even 2 sets of stairs) so we weren't disturbed by children! The outside eating area was ideal - we ate all our meals there, including barbecue's and a couple of great wood-fired pizza evenings. The pool was excellent - it was separate from the house and secure so we didn't need to worry about the children and was large enough and deep enough to have a proper swim. The views from the house are stunning. It is difficult to take walks directly from the house but mostly a short drive will take you to the start of a good walk. And, Fatima was very friendly and helpful in dealing with the minor issues we encountered.

We had a wonderful stay at the villa. The house, the garden, the location - everything was perfect for us. We wanted the relaxation and serenity and this villa matched that perfectly. Everything is so beautifully set up and the house and interior has great character. We loved to be able to play with kids in the garden which is very spacious and gave everyone great family moments. The location was great to take day trips to amazing cities. But our favorite is Valbonne village and it is something else - only few minutes walking distance and you are in one of the most beautiful places we have ever seen. When you are there walking these narrow streets, you just want to stay there forever. Wished we could have stayed longer but it gave us great memories, and we are very likely to be back. Very beautiful house and garden, and very good communication with Guro and Philippe!!

We miss the view and garden so much already. This is a stunning Airbnb, Amelie is a great host - super quick communication and responded really quickly to a couple of requests. The photos are really accurate but somehow don’t do the villa/views justice. The only thing to be aware of is that there are a lot of steps. The studio is a flight of stairs below road level, bedrooms of the villa one level down, living area and kitchen another level down and pool another flight of stairs down. We really look forward to returning.

We had an amazing stay at Roberto’s villa! The property is absolutely beautiful — the pool was perfect for relaxing or taking a refreshing dip. The rooms are cosy, warm, and tastefully decorated, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Everything was spotless and well-maintained. Roberto was also a fantastic host — welcoming, responsive, and full of great local tips. We would definitely love to come back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay!

First stay in this lovely villa. We’ve been coming to this area for our August holidays for the past 8 years so know the area well. Now as the family are a bit older, this villa was the perfect upgrade, not to mention the great little pool which our children loved and spent every hour of every day in. Jeroen was always on hand and available to answer any questions we had. We look forward to returning next year!

Vincent’s home is very relaxing and serene! We had a great time there and spent most of our time by the pool and BBQ area. The house itself is very nice and comfortable and the stocked fridge with cold drinks when we arrived was very much appreciated! Vincent was a great host and always responsive. This home was a nice and needed respite away from some busy, packed and crowded travel days. We originally had plans to tour the Riviera but ditched them to stay closer to this home and the beaches of Juan les Pins. We rented e-bikes, which made a huge difference in how we could get around. I highly recommend that. This home is fantastic. Plenty of room for the six of us.

Absolutely loved our stay. The house was perfect in every way. We were excited by the photos, and the house didn’t disappoint! Stylish inside and out. Wonderful to stay somewhere that says it caters for 10 people and truly does that: enough dinner seating, sun beds, crockery etc. Two families across 3 generations staying together for a week. Perfect layout and space for all: studio for grandparents, en-suites for all rooms, cinema room for watching England vs Spain in Euros (even if the score wasn’t to everyone’s liking…). The location is stunning, with fabulous views. Cabris is a lovely village & the restaurant recommendations were excellent. Great to be able to quickly walk into village for everything, even tennis. With a 9 year old & two teenage girls, it felt very safe to let them head off together for breakfast croissants or evening ice creams. Ian and Jacques were perfect hosts from start to finish. Thank you! We will definitely be back, hopefully even next year!

Claire’s Villa is lovely, peaceful and really well equipped. We felt right at home. The master bedroom bed was soo comfortable (the other bed also looked comfy but we didn’t use it!) We stayed in November so obviously didn’t use the pool but we were still able to sit on the veranda to have coffee in the sunshine and even had a morning of sunbathing in the pretty terraced garden As many others have said, the walk into St Paul was not for the faint hearted but once you get to know the bends in the road and which side to walk on it’s ok, but it’s just short of 900m each way so maybe not for everyone. Comfy sofa and Netflix was perfect for after dinner lounging! Thank you Claire!
