We had a delightful stay at the villa - beautifully presented and clean. Would highly recommend.

A really lovely Villa, beautifully decorated and well thought out. Very spacious and airy with a lovely peaceful private garden and pool. The location was ideal for exploring this area, as only a 10-15 min walk to the many restaurants and bars in Juan Les Pins and the beach. And only a 30 min picturesque walk to beautiful old town Antibes with its' many little shops, bars and restaurants, and a lovely Artisan Market. There is also a very handy Supermarket just 5-10 mins from the villa that has everything you might need whilst staying. We visited Monaco, Nice, and Grasse all on the train from Juan Les Pins which was easy to do and a very pretty ride along the coast. Grasse was a very quaint historic little town, and so pretty with all the flowers, markets and hanging umbrella's in the streets. Overall we had a fantastic time, and Nathalie couldn't have been more helpful and friendly showing us round and wishing us well when we left. A superb break with wonderful hosts. Thank you!

This is a beautiful little house on a gated complex within a few minutes walk to local shops and bars and about 7/8 minutes walk to a lovely sandy beach. Parts of the beach you have to pay to use but there is a large area which is free but with good toilets and showers free to use. There is a lovely communal pool on the site which, when we visited in early June, was always very quiet and usually we were the only people there. Lovely little garden, really well looked after. The house itself has everything you could possibly need including beach towels, beach mats, parasol. Maike communicated promptly and efficiently and was lovely when we met her. Highly recommend.

Nathalie was wonderful! She reached out a few days before check-in to ask our flight schedule and provide her number. She also met us outside the property and showed us how to lock/ unlock the doors, discuss checkout timing, and make us feel at home. She also left us with a delicious bottle of rosé- the perfect welcome gift for southern France! The kitchen was immaculate and there were lots of dishes, cookware, glassware, and utensils. The kitchen towels smelled like a fresh lavender field! Cannot recommend enough.

Chrystelle was very approachable throughout, from booking, through our stay until our leaving. The place is beautiful, so is the whole property very well taken care of. The chapel lacks nothing, was spotless and the guests await a proper folder with detailed information about Grasse. Chrystelle is very warm, sophisticated and a respectful host. We would love to go back soon. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Christophe’s Airbnb — it was the perfect escape from the busy tourist spots along the coast. The house is nestled up in the mountains, which makes it very quiet and relaxing, with beautiful surroundings. There is a charming small village just behind the Airbnb, and it’s also very close to St Paul de Vence, which is lovely to visit. We opted to rent a car, which I highly recommend, as it makes getting around much easier and more convenient — plus, the Airbnb has a parking space available. Christophe was very helpful and even arranged a taxi/private car service for us before we decided to just rent a car. Taking the bus is possible, but it can be a hassle if you have a lot of luggage. One thing to keep in mind: the stairs inside the house are quite steep, so it may not be ideal for elderly guests or anyone with mobility issues. Overall, we loved the tranquility, the nearby village, and Christophe and his wife's warm hospitality. Would definitely stay again!

We had a week long stay at Masion Regina and it was a wonderful stay for my wife and I. We had plenty of space, comfort of two full bathrooms helped us get out the door quickly in the morning. And the location could not be beat. Our first, and certainly not last time in Antibes. Strong AirCon, comfy bed and amenities were great. The rooftop terrace was spectacular; we changed our plans to have a quiet lunch on Sunday afternoon after picking up some provisions at the market and it was a highlight moment for sure. Only note, is that we were there for an entire week and only afforded two towels each which were not very nice and rough. We had to do some laundry which was less than ideal while on holiday, but this is only a minor note for improvement. Overall, wonderful all around and highly recommend!

This flat has amazing views from the terrace along with the historic charm of antique floors, walls, and beam ceilings. I would not only stay here again, I would love to live here.

It was the perfect landing pad in Antibes. responsive snd smooth communication, clean and very well appointed apartment. Gorgeous views and serenity to go with! Bonus that the hosts are lovely people. There is a reason this rental is highly recommended!

Maria is an incredible host! Where do I even begin! Her communication was incredible and very friendly☺️. As soon as we arrived she had left us some rose wine, chocolate, jams and water, which was such a personal touch! We loved it and it set a very good tone for the stay. The location was exceptional, with bars, beach clubs and restaurants around. Maria’s apartment was spotless and had everything you needed, and we loved the balcony which had lots of space - we had breakfast on there every morning! I couldn’t recommend this place more and Maria deserves more than five stars, if I could give!

Located directly facing the beach with views of the Mediteranean, this is an excellent location in Juan-les-Pins. Easy walk to restaurants and public transportation. The apartment is well-equipped and Cyril is a very efficient host.

This studio is perfect from every point of view. It is equipped with everything you need to live comfortably during your holiday. Although it is situated in the center of the city, it is located in an extremely quiet location, during my stay there were no night disturbances. Very comfortable terrace, also equipped with a useful drying rack. Worthy of note is the cleaning, very very accurate. Fast and smooth check-in and check-out procedures. The apartment is also well located to reach the beach of Juan-les-Pins (two minutes walk), but also to reach the area of Antibes and Cap d’Antibes comfortably on foot. Very close to all services, there is a supermarket right under the house. Alexandre responds quickly to all needs, and is always very helpful. Absolutely recommend.

Excellent stay at Helen's. Bright, spacious, clean, tastefully decorated, very well equipped accommodation with exceptional views of the old port. Located a 5-minute walk from Juan les pins train station, it allows you to discover the seaside. Very good communication with Helen. Would come back without hesitating!

Agnes was an excellent host. She was responsive and met us at the apartment in a timely fashion to let us in and show us around the building and apartment. If you are renting a car you will need a small car in order to fit in the parking garage and allotted space. It was not our first time visiting Juan Les Pins so we did know our way around the area. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay! The apartment is exactly as described. It’s so close to the beach and restaurants and there was a small grocery store right below which was nice. We were also able to check in early which was greatly appreciated!

Best view. That’s pretty much all you need to know. The place is great - small but compact with everything you need! Just a few min walk to one of the best beaches in the neighborhood, the old town is a 5 min walk away. Plenty of restaurants around. Can’t recommend it enough!

Céline is really friendly and helpful! She responds very quickly and is always available. She makes sure everything is perfect and that we have everything we need. The accommodation is very clean and the views are superb. The grocery store just down the street from the building is super convenient and there are plenty of things. Very good hosting. The apartment is conveniently located, 5 minutes from the city center and the beach. It is also functional with excellent decoration. We're doing it very well. And the best part, the terrace overlooking the sea and its boats. Thank you also for all the little touches that were waiting for us and that saved us from running to fill up! We'll be there again.

You honestly cannot beat this location. 30 minute walk to Antibes, 10 minute train to Cannes and a 2 minute walk to a spectacular beach. The apartment was clean and the AC was very nice to come home to after a long day in the sun. Stefania was extremely responsive and we had to problems checking in!

Perfect stay for everyone exploring Côté d Azur. Private Garage, Safe Areal. Supermarket 3-4 minutes by foot. Nice Restaurants in every direction. 3-4 minutes to the Beach. Wonderful View over the bay of Juan de Pins / Antibes from the bed, balcony and the Living Room. Philippe is very Kind. He answers fast and always there to help. The Appartement has Everything You need. Better than Hotel! Thanks!
