We LOVED our stay here!!! Everything was perfect and beyond our expectations. The bed was super comfortable and they went over and above with the little touches like welcome box, great coffee, yummy jam options etc etc. It was also perfect location so close to everything and the instructions of where to park and helpful tips was amazing. Thanks for such an amazing experience :)

This is an excellent apartment for exploring Antibes, a short walk from the old town, the beach and 5 mins in taxi to Juan le Pin. Stayed with friends and we all thought the apartment was better in real life than it looked in the photos. Brice was great at getting in contact with us both for check in and check out. Thoroughly recommend!!

Kevin was by far the most thoughtful host I’ve experienced throughout different continents and cultures. He took time to show us around the property, recommend local dining spots, point out the grocery store across the street and their hours, and was overall very welcoming. His property was pristine and super peaceful, with direct beach access and a lovely garden view. We will definitely be back!

The location was perfect for our needs; near the railway station. The apartment was quiet even though it is on a busy, lively street. We appreciated handy access to the building’s elevator and use of an efficient washing machine in the apartment. There were easy to follow instructions for all the appliances and Chris was very responsive with queries. Don’t hesitate to make your booking before this place is snapped up! Die Unterkunft war an einem perfekten Ort. Zu Fuss ist man in rund 10 Minuten im Zentrum und am Strand von Cannes. Die Garagebox war sehr praktisch aber nicht für grössere Autos geeignet als bitte vorher die Masse abchecken 😉 Den Abfall kann man am Schluss sehr einfach zu unterst im Block entsorgen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Danke Eva & Thibaut 🫶🏻

This location is fantastic as a central base in Cannes. Bus stop right outside with 3 buses running regularly in to centre of town, which is walkable if your kids don’t complain about short walks like ours! Very easy to access Ferries to the islands and nearby towns. The apartment was very spacious and ideal for our family. Cafes and beach within a short walk. If you want a change of scenery poolside, Luxhotel just 900m away does pool, towel and water for £25 & bar & food available to use. We will be back!

We (family with three generations) enjoyed a great week at the magnificent villa Mas Mirabelle. A beautiful house with an amazing view. A big thank you to Marie & Dominique who were excellent and very caring hosts and made us feel very welcome.

A serene and tranquil haven in the hills around the Cote d'Azur, kitted out with all the modern conveniences you could want (wonderful kitchen, heated salt water pool) but with that inimitable French rustic charm and a garden and grounds to die for. No more than 10 minutes from the beaches of Cannes, Antibes, Juan le Pins and the hidden gem that is Le Cannet, plus an abundance of boulangeries, patisseries and hypermarkets for fresh produce all within walking / short driving distance. Patrick is a host as charming as his home and made our family holiday that much more enjoyable because of his humour, responsiveness and kindness. A truly magical Airbnb for all the family!

Our stay at the new Villa Topolino was excellent: the villa itself is very nice and welcoming, recently refurbished and pleasant to live in, even with two families at the same time. Rebecca has offered extra support during a storm that stopped electricity in the neighborhood. The shared spaces including the patio, an amazing garden, plus the external jacuzzi and external kitchen are beautiful to enjoy from morning to night. The location is very convenient and silent all day and night, close to Garoupe beach, and to the sentier du Littoral. Antibes is 20 min walk. Rebecca has been a wonderful host, very proactive, welcoming, patient, she made everyone feel at home.

The place is gorgeous, beautiful garden, amazing views with great amenities. Fabien is a GREAT host and was always very attentive and responsive. The location is super convenient! E we will definitely recommend Fabian’s property!!

Wir waren zu dritt Anfang Mai 2025 bei Celine und Julien im Haus. Beide sind sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich, Anfragen wurden umgehend beantwortet. Vielen Dank dafür an beide. Das Haus liegt perfekt für Besuche in den umliegenden Dörfern und Städten (Antibes, Cannes, Nizza, etc.) sowie zum Start von ausgedehnten Wanderungen. Der Pool bietet eine sehr schöne und gerne genutzte Möglichkeit zur Erfrischung danach. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön, die Küche riesig und läd zum Kochen mit Freunden ein. Wir würden immer sehr gerne wiederkommen. Viele Grüße an Celine und Julien

We had a lovely stay. Pascale was a great host. Very kind and helpful The villa was outstanding and better than I expected. I fell in love with it. It has everything you need. The pool was heated too. Tipi the cat was great company too. Biot was a lovely small town with lots happening and lots of places to eat We would definitely return. Note:Quite a few steps as on different levels for anyone with limited mobility

We brachten er een heel leuke vakantie door. Het domein is heel rustig gelegen, met veel comfort. De eigenaars zijn zeer discreet maar aanwezig en heel behulpzaam als je vragen hebt. Een aanrader voor wie de streek wil bezoeken, en toch geniet van de rust.

Françoise est très accueillante, bous a indiqué des lieux à visiter et des restaurants à proximité. Le logement était impeccable … Encore merci pour ce séjour

This lovely home was an absolute oasis for our family! The view is stunning, everything was spotless, the beds were so comfortable and the bathroom was like a spa. We booked absolute last minute and Corinne could not have been more accommodating. She went above and beyond, showing us where to park and walking us through not only the home but the entire complex, from the pool to the beach access. If you have a chance to stay here, you must! Double sliding doors open up to a large balcony with so much seating and a fabulous beach view. Home was super quiet and private. We would not have changed a thing. Corinne suggested we visit the village Saint Paul de Vence which was spectacular. She is the kindest and most helpful host we’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting, we can’t speak highly enough about her! Our entire experience here was a joy! Thank you, Corinne!

We really enjoyed our 3 night stay! I was initially a little worried about the noise level that other people wrote about but we all slept well and found the place to be quiet with the sound proof windows and blackout shutters. It is above restaurants but not bars / clubs and by bedtime it’s very quiet since people are done with dinner. We appreciated the nearby parking garage that was included in the stay bc we ended up just using the train to get to Nice and Monaco. It was definitely the right choice as parking would have been challenging. Lastly, Mary let me have a 11:30am check out which worked out well for me as I had a flight later that day. It allowed me to sleep in and pack without being rushed to check out by 10am.

Nice place, perfect location - close to the gate and city center! Communication with the host was great: clear instructions, friendly, and timely. The apartment has everything you need.

Tolle Unterkunft mitten in Nizza an perfekter Lage. Man ist in 2 Minuten am Meer und an der Promenade des Anglais. 10 Minuten bis zur Altstadt, viele Restaurants und Bars sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Unterkunft ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und haben das Frühstück auf der kleinen Terrasse jeden Morgen genossen! Mylene ist eine sehr freundliche und stets hilfsbereite Gastgeberin.

I would stay here every time. I stayed in another area before Remi’s and this location was perfect, super walkable and the area is pretty quiet. I honestly booked because I loved the Window in the studio and the view didn’t disappoint! Whenever I return, I just hope it’s not fully booked for me! 10/10! Definitely stay here for your Cannes trip!

L'appartement est parfaitement conforme aux photos. Terrasse très agréable. Immeuble et quartier calme tout en étant près de la mer, de la gare, des commerces. Les hôtes sont très disponibles et s'assurent à distance que le séjour se passe bien. C'était très propre et il ne manquait rien ! Très bien pensé et organisé. Merci !!
