Beachfront vacation rentals in Juan-les-Pins, Antibes

Our stay at Nice’s place was an absolute joy! Nice has been one of the most responsive and friendly host that I’ve ever meet. You can tell that he really cares for the space, and its guests. The location of this space is ideal. You’re away from the hustle and bustle of Old Nice, but just a quick (and I mean quick) tram ride into town. Most nights we would take the tram into town and walk back. The beach is just a stones throw from the space too. Nice had all of the amenities you’d need for a beach day: chairs, towels, and an umbrella! You can’t beat it. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and would recommend it to friends.

Lovely stylish and comfortable loft style apartment in the heart of the Old Town. Couldn’t be closer to restaurants and the beach. Historic building and very central location so certain compromises necessary (eg no lift so few flights of stairs to negotiate and bit of late evening noise from outside) but that’s all made clear in the property description and not really a big deal. Clear comprehensive and speedy communication from host Therese at all times.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in dieser wunderschönen Wohnung. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Lage: Die Nähe zum schönen Sandstrand, zu Restaurants und zum Supermarkt waren ideal. Kevin war sehr nett und hat uns die schöne Anlage zu Beginn ausführlich gezeigt und viele Tipps gegeben. Dankeschön :-)

Staying at Hélène’s apartment was a dream. Nestled on the third floor in the heart of the old town, the space immediately felt like a home away from home—warm, cozy, and full of character. Hélène is a wonderful host—so welcoming, generous with local tips, and always quick to respond. She greeted me with a big smile and shared a curated list of local spots to eat, explore, and enjoy. That personal touch made all the difference. The location couldn’t be better: steps away from fresh croissants, restaurants, markets, the beach, and historic streets. Everything was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully arranged. I honestly didn’t want to leave—and I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to truly feel Antibes, not just visit it.

Perfect stay for everyone exploring Côté d Azur. Private Garage, Safe Areal. Supermarket 3-4 minutes by foot. Nice Restaurants in every direction. 3-4 minutes to the Beach. Wonderful View over the bay of Juan de Pins / Antibes from the bed, balcony and the Living Room. Philippe is very Kind. He answers fast and always there to help. Marc's place is absolutely amazing! At first glance, I thought it was a farmhouse, but it's actually a spacious building with multiple rooms. The property feels like a botanical garden, filled with beautiful plants, making it a scenic spot in itself. The balcony is adorned with fragrant star jasmine, filling the air with a lovely scent. There’s also a large private parking area, which feels very secure. The location is perfect—close to famous hiking trails, ideal for outdoor adventures. It’s also just a short run to the city center, where you can swim in the sea, dine in the old town, and watch the sunset. We didn’t hear any noises as other comments said. A truly wonderful day in Antibes!

Excellent logement agréable et propre avec un acces direct a la mer et une très belle piscine au rooftop. L’emplacement est aussi au top a côté de la baie des anges. pour finir, Kevin est un hote exceptionnel, tres agréable et serviable. on y retourne volontiers 😀

I really liked Anne’s place, so close to sea, so close to a great restaurant La terre&mer, and easy access to Sncf gare and bus to Cannes. Definitely recommended!

Céline est vraiment sympathique et aidante! Elle répond très rapidement et toujours disponible. Elle s’assure que tout est parfait et qu’il nous manque de rien. Le logement est très propre et la vue est superbe. L’épicerie juste en bas de l’immeuble est super pratique et il y a beaucoup de chose. Je recommande ce logement Merci encore Céline

excellent accueil pour cet appartement neuf et très propre. A 2 pas du bord de mer et de ses restaurants. le train n’est pas loin mais on ne l’entend pas et rien ne circule la nuit. je recommande.

We had a lovely time in this apartment. Pascal kindly met us in person earlier than the usual check-in time, explained us everything needed and shared with us good tips for the area. The location is best for people who prefer quiet and beautiful places (family place). There was everything we needed in the apartment. The view from the terrace is stunning. We had day trips to visit Cannes, Monaco, Nice, Menton, Antibes and it was good opportunity to combine travel with vacation. The beach is very close with fine sands and normal water level, clean and not crowded. The supermarket in the same residence is very good. There is a bus going from the airport to the residence, Pascal helped us with that. Allover, we recommend this apartment and Pascal as a host. Thank you Pascal!

We had a wonderful stay of just over a week. Although we arrived late, the lovely lady Fanny was there to greet us and let us know how to use the equipment. The location was ideal for the beach and it was great to have the option of a swimming pool too. We managed to see most of Cote d'Azur using this as a base. The favourite was St Paul de Vance and Villefranche/Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat. One thing that stood out was how friendly and helpful everyone was that we encountered. This included Fanny and also Daniel (2 hats) who is the caretaker of the accommodation. The accommodation has great gardens and also is a spacious and comfortable apartment with everything you need for a great holiday.

The apartment is in its own very secure and peaceful grounds, located far enough from the nearby main road and railway line that their presence isn’t that noticeable from the apartment balcony. The view of the sea from the front balcony is stunning and the same can be said for the rear view that looks out over the beautiful tree covered hillside and the sound of different bird life is always present both front and back. The open plan layout of the main living room and kitchen area, plus access to the very large front balcony area is very effective and practical. I have to say you really need a car though as the apartment location is not within practical walking distance to a bakery or restaurants. With a car both are easily accessible locally with ample parking along the waterfront of Golfe Juan for the plethora of restaurants. An ideal location for a very peaceful but practical holiday.

Liudmila is a great host, extremely reactive and who has a great way to find solutions. I truly recommend her charming apartment which has several assets to enjoy a trip. Thanks again Liudmila!

Zwei erholsame Tage in einer geschmackvoll eingerichteten Wohnung mit wunderbaren Ausblick!

We loved our 10 day stay at this beautiful sea view apartment with a great balcony with fabulous views for sitting out in the morning or evening. The apartment is right opposite the beach which was perfect or us. It is an easy walk of about 20 mins into both Antibes old town and Juan Les Pins both of which have plenty of choice of bars and restaurants. We also got the coastal train from Juan Les Pins into Monaco which was really easy to do. There is a bakery/cafe, Spar and Pharmacy 5 ins walk away from the apartment which was great for picking up everything we needed. We walked all over the Cap d'Antibes which was very easy from the apartment. It was worth the trip up to Phare de la Garoupe for the views and we enjoyed the Sentier du Littoral costal path although be warned there are some steps and rough areas. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and exactly as described/pictures. Nadya was a great host always responsive. We will definitely love to return!

Appartamento spazioso con camera e terrazzo che da sil giardino interno, quindi molto calmo. Posizione ottima, vicina alla stazione dei treni e alla fermata dall’autobus permettendo di visitare comodamente la regione

Très bel emplacement Les yeux dans l’eau…il n’y a qu’à traverser pour se baigner … Studio clair, propre et bien équipé. Bon accueil de la part de Véronique. 7e étage avec une vue panoramique . Je reviendrai 🌹♥️

Beautiful apartment. It has the best location. Walkable to every place we wanted to go. Beach bar, restaurants, old town, harbour. Recommend 100%. Host is extremely responsive and warm, instantly happy with by booking.

Excellent séjour chez Helen. Logement lumineux, spacieux, propre, décoré avec goût, très bien équipé avec une vue exceptionnelle sur le vieux port. Situé à 5 mn à pieds de la gare de Juan les pins, il permet de bien découvrir le bord de mer. Très bonne communication avec Helen. Je reviendrais sans hésiter !

L’appartamento è veramente come da descrizione, foto e servizi indicati sopra ogni aspettativa. Posizione ottima, si è attaccati alla spiaggia e vicino a diversi supermarket, bar e ristoranti. Inoltre c’è un terrazzino delizioso che abbiamo sfruttato tantissimo alla sera, perché offre un panorama stupendo, tra luci e spiaggia…. Gli host sempre disponibili e carinissimi, spero di tornarci il prossimo anno anche solo per qualche giorno perché ne vale davvero la pena! Fare una vacanza con tutti i confort di una casa , come fosse la tua, è stato bellissimo! Inoltre altra nota positiva, ci hanno fatto trovare carta igienica e bottigliette di acqua, ed altre cose che sono state molto utili! Davvero attenti a tutto! Un gioiello di casa in tutto e per tutto.
