Die Wohnung ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Sie wirkt bewohnt und gar nicht steril. Lage, Ausstattung und Gebäude vermitteln sofort das Gefühl typisch französisch unterwegs zu sein. Die Lage ist ideal, ruhig, aber doch mitten im Leben der Großstadt. Wir waren zu viert da und haben alle unseren Aufenthalt genossen. Es gab gemeinsames frühstücken und viele Gespräche am Tisch. Und zwischendurch konnte jeder aber auch für sich sein. Abendessen haben wir immer wie echte Pariser gemacht, zweimal gleich in der Nähe der Wohnung. Bus und Metro sind auch gleich um die Ecke, diese schöne Wohnung ist also auch idealer Ausgangspunkt, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Also alles perfekt. Vielen Dank an Didier, dass wir seine vier Wände kurz zu unseren machen durften.

dit is mijn beste Airbnb ervaring. van de communicatie voor dat we hadden geboekt tot aan het einde. Er was een duidelijk uitleg over het appartement. snelle beantwoording via privé berichten. ze heeft geholpen met de uitleg over onze locaties hoe we zouden kunnen reizen. ze zond screenshots over het openbaar vervoer, omdat het voor ons nieuw was hoe het in Frankrijk werkt. het appartement is prachtig, de badkamer met stortdouche, de prachtige tegel vloer!! glaswand, wastafel en de mooie groene wanden waren helemaal mijn smaak. bij vragen dacht de host met ons mee. we zijn goed in de watten gelegd, zo behulpzaam heb ik nog niet meegemaakt bij andere locaties. al met al hebben wij heerlijk geslapen, hebben alles kunnen doen wat we wilden, en willen 10 sterren geven:) !

My daughter and I had a fabulous time in Paris and Claudine’s space added to the enjoyment. It was very secure and very clean. Claudine was very responsive. She was also very helpful and sympathetic as we navigated a taxi strike making travel to the airport for our return flight almost impossible. With some luck we did make it.

If you’re looking for a place to stay outside of Paris, but with great transportation options just around the corner, this is the perfect place. It’s best for a single or a couple (would be small for more than 2 people), but everything you need is provided, there’s a grocery store only 5min walk away, multiple restaurants, bakeries and a weekly outdoor market all within a close walk. And there’s a massive park right across the road that leads to a castle and a stunning view of Paris. Tina was a perfect host and I couldn’t recommend this place more!

Нам очень понравилось жить в этой квартире. Всё было чисто, новое и аккуратное. Соседи абсолютно не были слышны, это тоже очень важно, когда приходишь уставшим из города чтобы выспаться. Два замечательных балкончика, большой телевизор, чистая кухня и новая пастель сделали наш отпуск замечательным! Спасибо огромное!

Eine wirklich schöne Unterkunft. Ruhig gelegen mit einer Parkanlage, schönen Restaurants und einer sehr leckeren Bäckerei. Bis zur S-Bahn waren es 3 Minuten zu Fuß. Super Anbindung um nach Paris zu fahren. Wahab war sehr freundlich und immer gut erreichbar. Wir würden hier jederzeit wieder einchecken.

Federico’s place is not easy to describe. It is an extremely tasteful decorated Haussmann apartment, yet it feels totally home. It’s in one of the best possible locations in Paris (my ultimate favorite area), you can walk anywhere and metro station with 1 minute walk. The interior is even more beautiful than the photos, as Federico made enhancements with top notch design elements. It is a very rich experience to spend time in a beautifully designed space if it’s designed by someone tasteful for themselves, not for a rental place for the sake of decoration. There is a prize winning famous patisserie with 1 minute walk with the best croissant, which made us enjoy incredible breakfasts on the terrace while one person enjoying Pantheon and the other enjoying Note Dame. The nights were also delightful in the terrace with your wine and hard to beat Parisian view & flowers. The communication with Federico was perfect and he helped us with everything even though we had many questions✨

Een heel gezellig huisje met een charmant tuintje. Een mooie uitvalsbasis om Parijs met het openbaar vervoer te bereiken. Een echte aanrader!

Loved staying in Le Vésinet. This is an adorable, quaint guest house perfect for a young (ish) couple. It’s a great location if visiting Versailles, Saint Germaine en Laye, and even Paris (by RER A). The host was gracious and kind. Merci encore!

Gemütliches Studio in ruhiger Umgebung für ein paar Tage Paris - angenehm kühl an heißen Tagen. Die Gartenterrasse ist auch angenehm, um etwas Sonne zu genießen oder draußen zu essen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, wir haben sogar zwei Stück selbstgebackenen, superleckereren Kuchen geschenkt bekommen. Empfehlenswert für den Preis.

Nous avons passé deux nuits chez Justine. La maison est située dans un endroit très calme et très agréable. Correspondait parfaitement à la description. Quant à Justine, elle a été à l’écoute et était très réactif en cas de besoin. Nous reviendrons

La maison est exceptionnelle et l’hôte l’est tout autant. Tout était parfait, dans les moindres détails et attentions. C’était même mieux que tout ce que j’ai pu voir/imaginer. L’hôte est adorable et nous a fait un super accueil. Je ne peux que recommander cet endroit et je reviendrai sans aucun doute!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! Angèle et son mari étaient très accueillant et flexible concernant les heures d’arrivée et de départ, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. L’endroit est extrêmement paisible, parfait pour se reposer. Le petit jardin est magnifique, très bien entretenu et invite à la détente. Nous recommandons vivement !

La présentation du logement et de ses équipements est claire et nécessaire. nous avons passé un excellent séjour, à proximité de Paris dans un cadre calme et reposant ! les installations de grande qualité proposées par Iteb répondent à tous les goûts ! Ein wundervoller Aufenthalt – absolut empfehlenswert! Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft in der Nähe von Paris! Die Wohnung war makellos sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und perfekt ausgestattet – es hat uns wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist ideal: ruhig, aber trotzdem sehr gut angebunden. Mit der Bahn ist man in ca. 20–30 Minuten im Herzen von Paris. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Gastfreundschaft und Hilfsbereitschaft der Gastgeberin/des Gastgebers. Die Kommunikation war unkompliziert, herzlich und schnell – schon im Vorfeld wurden alle unsere Fragen beantwortet. Nach einem erlebnisreichen Tag in der Stadt war es wunderbar, abends in diese gemütliche und ruhige Unterkunft zurückzukehren. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können den Aufenthalt uneingeschränkt weit

The location is very convenient — the metro is right under the building. All the necessary shops, cafes, and restaurants are nearby. The Eiffel Tower is about a 20–25 minute walk away. The kitchen, bathroom, and rooms were clean, with all the necessary amenities and even more. Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and there’s a fan in case it gets hot — and it was hot! The host was incredibly responsive — we communicated in broken English, but still managed to understand each other and sort everything out. Check-in was easy, everything works with access codes, super simple. The place matches the description and is definitely worth the price!

Zunächst, ich bin neu hier und habe keinerlei Vergleichsmöglichkeiten. Wir waren 2 Pärchen für 3 Nächte in der Unterkunft. Es gibt eine Toilette in dieser Wohnung, was in der Regel ausreichend ist. Die Bäder sind etwas ungerecht aufgeteilt. Im großen Schlafzimmer ist eine große Dusche direkt auf dem Zimmer. Das ist definitiv die bessere Wahl. Das kleinere Schlafzimmer hat nur indirekten Zugang auf ein Bad welches sehr klein ist und eine Minidusche hat. Das reicht zum duschen aus, komfortabel ist allerdings anders. Das Wohnzimmer ist riesig. Die Küche ebenfalls. Leider gibt es keinen Geschirrspüler. Braucht nicht jeder, sollte aber Standard sein. Platz dafür wäre reichlich. Die Teppiche im Wohnraum haben keinen guten Halt auf dem Betonfussboden. Grad vor der Küchenzeile war das nicht ganz ungefährlich. Die Wohneinheit hat keine Klimaanlage. Grad zur Sommerzeit ist das ungünstig. Die Aussicht ist unbezahlbar. Blick über die Stadt traumhaft.

Nice flat, was clean and quiet at night. The sofa bed was comfortable. Lovely area with lots of restaurants and bars nearby while not being too busy. Very near the metro so easy to travel to other parts of Paris.

Iris & Stephane are very communicative and helpful hosts. The apartment is like walking onto a movie set - a real experience! It is more spacious than expected, with gorgeous views of the park and in a great location - walking distance to many bistros, wine bars, shops, etc. The kitchen is well appointed and Iris & Stephane provided some lovely flowers, fresh fruit and champagne on arrival. There is a beautiful claw foot tub and basin in the bedroom, which makes up for the small boat style shower/toilet. My husband and I had a lovely stay and would happily stay again. Thank you Iris & Stephane!

Asunto oli hieno, tilava ja rauhallinen. Se vastasi kuvausta. Majoituimme viikon, joten oli hienoa, kun saimme nukuttua hyvin. Metrolla pääsi hyvin kulkemaan ja lähellä oli tarvittavat kaupat ruokaostosten tekemiseen. Francois oli oikein ystävällinen ja auttavainen. Voisimme yöpyä uudelleen.

Nice place and host was very helpful

Audrey’s place is on our Favorites List! The apartment was clean, cute & comfy with restful décor & plenty of windows for a light & bright environment. The location was in a wonderfully quiet neighborhood. The Metro was a short walk away so we could get to the most popular areas in Paris easily & return later to a peaceful, calm evening. Several restaurants were nearby, as well as a terrific mid-week Farmer’s Market. The kitchen had plenty of cooking & eating utensils & dishes. The beds were comfortable & a fan was provided for each bedroom to bring in the cool night air. The bathroom was modern with a large tub/shower & the inhouse washer was a big plus. But the best part about Audrey’s place is Audrey! She provided concierge service, allowing us to ship a package to the apt. in advance of our arrival. It was there waiting for us when we opened the door. Instructions to find/access the apt. were very clear & Audrey was responsive to any questions we had. Three cheers for Audrey!!

We just had the most incredible stay at Denis’s apartment in the Marais. The whole stay from check-in to check-out felt effortless. Check-in was easy and convenient, and I appreciate that he gave me the instructions in advance so I had no last-minute stress of figuring out what to do! Expectations were very clear, Denis clarified before even accepting our booking that there is no A/C, but even with the much hotter temperatures than normal for June we found the apartment well ventilated and comfortable. There was tons of space for two people, and having access to a washer/dryer was a huge plus! The apartment was also very clean and well maintained. Check-out was also a breeze, and throughout our stay Denis was not only responsive but proactive- he messaged multiple times to make sure we had gotten in OK and that we had no issues or concerns. Would highly highly recommend this Airbnb!!!
