It's warm June-Aug. (no A/C, plenty fans), but way cooler than the city. It's cold Nov.-March (wood stove heat). Mini-fridge & microwave (no kitchen/plumbing). Full use of a 930 sf guesthouse with a spiral staircase leading to a loft bedroom. Downstairs, soaring 20 foot ceilings and huge windows look out on our pastures, where our horse and pony lounge.
