Accommodation in the pine forest. Quiet. Well-appointed. Very nice terrace. Accessible from the city center by bike path. Near the golf course with the possibility of walking. We saw deer and lots of squirrels!

Lovely well appointed apartment in a quiet residential location with great views overlooking fields and the Gironde. The host is super helpful and friendly, we accidentally left some items behind but the host dropped these items at a different location to be collected by us at a later time. A most generous gesture by anyone’s standards and one most appreciated by ourselves.

The apartment is in a very good location right in front of the beach and very close to the port and the city center. You can walk everywhere. It is spacious, very well arranged and equipped. Perfect for 6 people without being on top of each other. The views from all the rooms are breathtaking from morning to night. Really a nice place.

The apartment is perfectly equipped and clean. It is in a very good location while being quiet. It is a perfect base to discover the city of Royan and its surroundings while enjoying excellent services. The bedding is also excellent quality! Finally, the communication of the check-in and checkout procedures was very clear.

A private and secure underground parking space. Small residence with elevator, apartment on the 2nd floor. A few minutes walk from the center of Rochefort, ideal for visiting the area. Great value for money! The accommodation is of impeccable quality, the layout is optimal, there is everything you need on site! Beach access 2 min away, a real luxury for an unbeatable price, and some charming villages to visit nearby. We ate at Bob's in St Palais, it was great, and shared a board on the beach near the reserve. I would also like to point out that the co-host was great, simple, efficient and smiling, a very warm welcome (unlike the one we just had when we arrived in Biarritz...). The small garden is also quite nice, slightly overlooked but the residence is quiet and there is little traffic so it didn't bother us. Thank you, we'll come back to stay longer!

I am particularly satisfied with my stay in this beautiful, well-equipped and decorated studio, 10 meters from Grande Conche beach, quiet, with a beautiful terrace and a parking space. Very nice environment and very welcoming and friendly neighbors. As for Alexandre, he is super responsive and very friendly. I'll go back next year, without a second thought.

We spent a very pleasant week here. The flat is well located for touring the area and has good amenities in walking distance. The size is good and everything we needed was there. The secure parking was very useful. Sylvain was a great host, very responsive.

The apartment is much more spacious than the pictures show! It has everything you need and is very tidy and comfortable. The host is very friendly and helped us check in easily. I recommend this spot if you are in the area.

I highly recommend this accommodation, which is good value for money. The host is very attentive and responds quickly. Accommodation close to a lot of things: the lake, the beach and the pool with the paddling pool, which is great for young children.
