For the second time, my family and I were looking for Iara to stay in Joinville. A friendly, helpful and agile host. The house is large, everything was neat and clean, with bath towels and bedding, as well as blankets at our disposal. The outer area is all fenced, with lawn what I the town hall is very quiet about the stay as it was with my puppy. The neighborhood is quiet, close to the bakery, pharmacy, market. The access to the space as we were by car was quiet to arrive, and to the downtown by the br as well. Check in and check out were very simple.

Great location, easy access, clean and organized.

We were greeted with a welcome snack and with great affection by Mrs. Marilu. The property is incredibly beautiful and clean, well located and close to the center. It is also close to good restaurants. We loved the stay and will return soon.

Great location. Exclusive building for shortstay. I talked to the host, but some things we found in the apartment. Worn bedding, and there was 1 duvet with holes. Broken glass shower enclosure in the guest bathroom. The sliding door was missing. Where the bath was not pleasant because of the water leaking through the bathroom.

The stay was great and the host was always very attentive to every detail, I would definitely come back more often!!

The ranch has a complete infrastructure, the accommodations are very comfortable and the place has a peace and tranquility that makes us not want to leave. When we can, we'll be back for sure!! We stayed with the family and everything was more than perfect, an unforgettable weekend!!

Our stay at this apartment was excellent! The space is very large, beautiful and extremely comfortable. The location is perfect, allowing easy access to everything we needed. Lots of things didn’t work in the place the sound system the projector the sauna the heather in the pool. I recommend host fixing it ASAP

Great for families. New furniture. Utensils needed if you want to cook. Very comfortable mattresses. Excellent quality bed linen and towels. Covered garage, easy to maneuver. Safe building. Close to the shopping street. Sparkling clean. Very attentive host. When we return to Joinville, it will certainly be our option.

I had very quiet days, the apartment has everything you need and the host is super helpful and responds super fast! The garage is very easy to park. There's everything around, a big market nearby, a gas station next door! I'd definitely come back!
