Large bright house on the ground floor typical of the 1950s. Very well equipped including air conditioning. Very good communication and hospitality.

Beautiful and peaceful setting by the river. Great garden for the dogs plus kayak and paddle boards to explore the river for longer stays. Cecile accommodated an earlier check in which was very much appreciated. It's a shame we didn't have longer to explore the area.

Our family of 8 stayed here for a week and we had a wonderful time. The house is exactly as described. Everything you need and more is available at the house plenty to keep the kids entertained. The area is very quiet and felt very safe. Supermarket nearby and a small town. Larger towns within a 20/25 minute journey. Hosts are great and have recommendations and very responsive when we had a slight problem. Really lovely stay and would recommend.

Warm welcome and availability. Clara's cottage was perfect for our group of 12. I recommend this place lost in the greenery where the pool is pleasant after a day of sightseeing.

We had a great weekend in Bruno and Laurence's beautiful home. We were warmly welcomed by our hosts who were always available and very responsive. In addition, we were able to enjoy the beautiful gardens and the shaded terrace, as well as the fruits and vegetables to be enjoyed directly on site. Our dog also really enjoyed the place. We'll definitely be back.

We were a group of 12 friends in the beautiful house of Betrand and Claire. We loved the spaciousness of the rooms. We could sit together at the table inside and outside, nothing was missing in the kitchen, we felt very comfortable. We took advantage of the pool and were able to create a movie night thanks to the screen and projector. Betrand was very helpful

We had a great weekend. The listing matched the listing in every way. It is well suited for family reunions. Everything is done so that young and old can enjoy the stay and keep themselves busy (ping pong tables, foosball, board games, books...) Despite the mixed weather, some were able to enjoy the pool. We were with a group of friends for the annual bouldering in Tony's accommodation and were more than satisfied with our stay😊! A great house with all kinds of specials and everything your heart desires. We spent a lot of time in the large living area, as well as on the cozy balcony in the courtyard and the garden area and felt very comfortable! 😊 Communication with Tony was great, check-in and check-out were easy and straightforward! We will be happy to come back anytime 😊🙏

We really enjoyed our family weekend in Brigitte's pretty house. It is very nice and the landscape all around is superb. The house was clean and very well-equipped. The welcome was perfect. The house is identical to the photos, the pool is across the street, but because of the bad weather we couldn't enjoy it. We hope to come back next time to enjoy it!

Wonderful accommodation set in a beautiful garden. Everywhere was very clean and tidy and a perfect place for us to stay with our family including 2 babies.. Easy to find in a small hamlet. Within easy reach of Sens by car where there is a very nice town centre with plenty of restaurants and shops etc. Our host was always contactable if we had any questions. Would highly recommend, we all had a very enjoyable stay, thank you.

Very pleasant weekend at Alexandre's farm. The place is very refreshing. Small point of improvement: equip the kitchen a little more to facilitate the preparation of good dishes (no salad spinner, no whisk, no pie dish, etc.).

We truly enjoyed staying in this cosy cottage. It is quiet (except for bird concerts), homy and is very thoughtfully and uniquely furnished. On top of that, Hubert made us feel very welcome and gave us great tips for the area. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a hideout in the remote French countryside!

Nestled in a cul-de-sac on the edge of the Serein, duplex apartment full of charm thanks to its terrace and decor. Alix is a responsive and attentive host. To be repeated with pleasure for a next stop in Chablis!

We had an amazing stay at Sonia's place. The house is much more beautiful than the photos on airbnb do it justice. It is also located super centrally in auxerre, many nice shops and restaurants in walking distance. She gave us a warm welcome and gave us numerous recommendations for good restaurants, wine houses and things to do, all of which were stellar.
