We will be upstairs during your stay. We are not loud but you will hear us walk around upstairs. There is a walkout door to backyard. You will be able to park in the driveway. Walkway to gate located on east side of house. Walkway to backyard is well lit.

Basement suite is part of a single family home. The house is central air with thermostat located upstairs. Main level is occupied by residents & is separate from the basement suite. Suite includes full kitchen & laundry, full bathroom, walk in closet, one queen bed, & fold down sofa.

Come enjoy a nice relaxing getaway at our lakefront cottage on Gardner Lake. Just steps away from the water! Fish off your own private dock (fishing poles not provided). The home is conveniently located approximately 5 minutes from KC Winery and 1 minute from Gardner Golf course. No parties or gatherings are to be held at the lake house.
