Spectacular beach to bay views from this resort.

Our condo has spectacular water views from the Bay to the Beach. We have a large one of a kind kitchen that is unique to our resort, with granite counter tops, hardwood cabinets, and all stainless steel appliances. Everything you need to prepare a meal is provided along with basic spices and condiments, Coffee, creamer, and sugar. The master bedroom has a new king size bed and walk in closet with all beach gear also available for your use. We have 2 - 50" flat screen TV's with cable as well.

This unit has a personal patio for relaxing and is located in the heart of John’s Pass, steps from the boardwalk/village and a short walk to the beach.

Carmen and her husband were exceptionally welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The location is excellent, and having the beach just steps away was the perfect finishing touch. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Tampa and would gladly return in the future.

The location was perfect for being able to go eat, shop and go to the beach. We didn’t rent a car and other than getting there and back we never had to uber anywhere. There’s so much available practically right next door. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to be close to all the action at Johns pass.

Great location to John’s Pass and the beach. The wagon, chairs, boogie boards and cooler on site were a great addition - we used them every day. Leon was responsive to our inquiries. Nice place!

Ich möchte positiv herausheben, dass wir direkt noch einmal auf die Lage am Wasser angesprochen wurden aufgrund der Buchung mit unseren kleinen Tochter. Dies fand ich wirklich großartig! Die Beschreibung der Unterkunft ist genau wie sie auch vorgefunden wird. Auch super war die Kommunikation als kurz die Klimaanlage ausgefallen war. Uns wurde sofort geholfen.

Great location and view. Bed was comfortable. Could have softer sheets but they were still totally fine. Back sliding door only opens a foot and very difficult to open. Garbage bags too thin. Could use some Tupperware. Overall still good. They do not supply beach towels.
