This was my second time staying at this unit, first time bringing my girlfriend with me, and I’m happy to report she loves this place just as much as I do. Very convenient to be able to walk all of John’s Pass and walk to Madeira Beach. Many other beaches are just a short drive or even a free ride away (we didn’t take advantage of the free island hopper but we saw other similar services quite frequently). There’s two great coffee spots nearby for your morning walk (Llama Java and Corner Kitchen), and countless lunch and dinner spots. The weather was hotter than normal the week we stayed (I think it was 90+ each day) so the air conditioning whenever we stopped back in our unit was a huge relief. Great water pressure in the shower and sinks. Comfortable bed. All around it’s everything you want in an Airbnb rental.

The location was perfect for being able to go eat, shop and go to the beach. We didn’t rent a car and other than getting there and back we never had to uber anywhere. There’s so much available practically right next door. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to be close to all the action at Johns pass.

If you want to be across the street from the beach and a very short walk to restaurants and shops, this is the perfect place to stay. We didn’t use our car at all while in Madeira Beach once we parked it in the garage. No need! Kristin’s condo was clean and comfortable. There were beach towels provided and a wagon full of beach amenities like an umbrella and chairs. You won’t be disappointed booking this condo for your next vacation in Madeira Beach! We will be back!

Such a fun place to stay. Surrounded by water - so peaceful- even though so much going on less than a block away. We enjoyed sitting by the boats out back, strolling on the beach first thing in the morning and listening to a live band in the evening. You really don’t have to get in your car- it’s all right there. The host was great and very accommodating- thank you for an amazing stay!! We will be recommending and returning.
