This is a nice place, with all the amenities. It is quiet, peaceful, and comfortable. We enjoyed our time there and would go back again. Thank you Taylor and Dylan for having us.

4 of us guys came down for a bass tournament, was a great place to kick back relax after the tournament. Nice porch to sit on looking at the water talking about the days. Also plenty of room for both trucks and boats. We will definitely be booking again for the next tournament. Thanks so much!

we will definately be back! very comfortable place. screened porch was nice, bbq patio was perfect for grilling. biggest feature was the very nice boat slip and floating dock. first trip I've had where I didn't have to juggle putting in the boat and getting the truck and boat back to place we were staying. we had a great trip!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful lakefront property! The house and surrounding grounds are absolutely stunning; peaceful, well-kept, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. One of the highlights for us was the access to all the water toys. We had so much fun with the kayaks and truly appreciated being able to use the boat lift! Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared for guests. It really felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a serene lakeside retreat. We’re already looking forward to our next trip to Hyco Lake!

We really enjoyed the home it is a lake property and you can walk down to the pier and go fishing, she had kayaks that you could use, a fire pit to roast s’mores, grill and eat on the deck or just sit at the house and enjoy a good movie while looking outside enjoying the peace. She even had snacks for us as well as if you had a dog, which we did not. Loved that there was no signs of a dog ever being there, very clean. Would definitely recommend this home and would love to come back again. Had Thank you Ms Kimberly for everything.

Beautiful view in a great location at Lake Gaston. Comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. Jacob is a great, responsive host. Would absolutely stay here again!

Kevin was a gracious host and our family had an amazing time at the house. The lake is beautiful and the dock is perfect for relaxing. The house was very well stocked with everything you may need for your stay. I highly recommend this place !

The area was super peaceful and quiet. The area the home is in is off the main and busy parts of the lake, so kids could swim and fish and we could dock the boat, without worrying about too much traffic or wake. The home was comfortable and clean. The kitchen was a nice size for cooking and socializing. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. Bring extra pillows and maybe a heavier blanket (if you’re like me and want a little weight on you while you’re sleeping). The kitchen was well stocked! The yard was great for the boys to play some baseball, have a catch. And there was even a dog waste bin with bags! The yard games and paddle boat were great extras for our kids to enjoy!

What a wonderful spot in a lovely community. The house was perfect for our quiet getaway. Floating on the lake while being entertained by the osprey, herons, little goslings, and flycatchers was a true highlight!

Our stay was great! The location is secluded and quiet which is exactly what we were looking for. He was so helpful to make sure the amenities were enough for all of the guests coming. The screened in patio was a little dirty and dusty but the house was great. It was so nice to stay in a place that had more than enough paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher liquid, etc! Overall exactly what we were looking for in our Memorial Day trip!

Our host was responsive, accommodating, and made check-in seamless. We highly recommend this spot and can't wait to return!

This was our second visit to this house. It exceeded expectations like our first visit. George was very easy to deal with and provided top notch service. The home was well appointed and functional. Although we were in town for business, it would be a great getaway for any traveler. 5 stars all around.

I cannot say enough nice things about Sarah and her place. The space was absolutely beautiful and functional. There were tons of great amenities and a well stocked kitchen (pots, pans, things to cook with). Sarah herself was an amazing host. She went above and beyond for me when I had a booking issue. She always responded very quickly. She even left our group some donuts, which was the sweetest surprise upon arrival. This house was perfect for our weekend book club retreat. We made so many memories and hope to be back next year!

This was our second trip to this house. Beautiful location on Lake Gaston. Three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and full kitchen, plus lovely screened in porch overlooking the lake. We really enjoyed our time.

We enjoyed our stay at Cypress Cove Cottage, we were celebrating our 30th Anniversary. Our host went above and beyond to make sure that we had anything we could have needed. We got to unplug with lots of rest, relaxation, fishing, and some floating in the water. We will be visiting again in the future!

We've stayed at Kristen's home three times. It is a peaceful and lovely location, and the house is very clean and welcoming. We find Roxboro a fun little town, and it is close to Virginia. I highly recommend.

Perfect location for a lake getaway with friends. We loved the house and thought it was even better than in the photos. Brooke was extremely responsive and had no issues with the stay. Will definitely return!

I stayed at Anabela’s cottage for a 12 week clinical rotation and it was perfect! Not only was the house itself everything that I needed, Anabela was wonderful. She regularly checked in on me and made sure I had everything that I needed to be comfortable. Given my long-term stay, I had family and friends that wanted to visit me and Anabela offered up her other properties next door for them to stay in — free! She is a wonderful hostess and certainly has the gift of hospitality. It was a blessing to have her as my host for 12 weeks and I’m happy to now call her my friend.

We came in town for a graduation at H-SC and we were please to find this cabin; plenty of room for everyone plus our pups. It was nice to be in such a peaceful area after a day of "herding cats" for graduation. I highly recommend checking out the little town nearby. It has some nice restaurants and beautiful lake views.

Just WOW! Hit every must-have on our list: Comfy king bed, immaculate and peaceful. I napped on the screened porch and when I woke, didn’t know what day it was!. We launched our bass boat directly across at Nutbush Rec and the slip was great to hold for the weekend. Fishing was successful with many large bass and barely any boat traffic. Kitchen has everything you will need. The cross breeze that blew through the open double patio doors and side-open windows was amazing. Walmart only 5 miles away for groceries to cook your meals and decompress. We’ve stayed at many Airbnbs and have said to have favorites but this one is truthfully the best! Communication is spot-on, views breath-taking. Already planning to return!!!

Jeff’s place was perfect for our weekend getaway! Great location, close to the campground. The dock was a lifesaver as the weather wasn’t great but sitting on the dock with a blanket and a coffee (or beer) was extremely peaceful! We will be back!

Absolutely recommend this property!! Our group loved the beautiful, well crafted guide provided prior to arrival (helped greatly with room picks & what got packed by who🤣). We enjoyed the variety of things to do from board games, pool, darts, corn hole, dock fishing & boating (trust me there is way more there to do we just wished we had stayed longer to do them)…as a mom hosting a larger group I found the detailed labeling of switches & cabinets refreshing… add in the quality bed linens & towels (plenty for everyone), cleaning supplies & great dishes/cookware/grill …I was loving life. It was so nice to relax on the swing with coffee in hand smiling with the family. Kudos to our host Susan💕 by far the best we’ve experienced!!!! You have truly created a beautiful & fun home
