Vacation rentals with a patio in Jocotenango

This property is beautiful and well kept. If you're traveling to Antigua, I highly recommend. 10 out of 10.

We felt the house was very good for 5 adults and a child, I really liked the place, it is very quiet and safe. It's a plus that they provide a bus to take you to old Guatemala, my family liked it a lot!

Everything was great during the stay, the studio was very comfortable. Only the location is a little further away than I thought, not recommended for a single woman at night. It's best to travel during the day. It's on the street and there are some noises or conversations that feel like they're right next to you. This was clarified in the listing anyway. It would be nice to add an extra blanket or comforter.

The place is centrally located, close to malls, restaurants, etc. The atmosphere is quite safe.

Leo is an excellent host!! He was always attentive, he gave me recommendations for places I asked about and he even gave me a little tour of the city, the place is perfect to rest, no noise, it is somewhat secluded but super safe to walk around the area, the truth was a very pleasant experience in La Antigua Guatemala :)

I had a wonderful stay! The house was absolutely beautiful—just like in the photos—and everything was spotless and very comfortable. You can tell the hosts really care about the space and the experience. I felt right at home from the moment I arrived. I would definitely love to stay here again!

Had a great time here, way bigger than i expected it was a great deal. Full connection for wifi and was able to use streaming platforms with the smart tv. Highly recommend.

Perfect to disconnect from the day to day of the city, I would have liked to stay more days🥲, very nice place, very friendly people and a completely different town from the norm.

The house was very nice and it's one of the few places that offer parking in Antigua. Andrea was always attentive to my messages from the time we arrived until we left and was very kind. The only thing was that there were many mosquitoes, although there were lamps and a racket to kill them, there were still many mosquitoes. That was the only thing we didn't like

We has a great stay at Alfredo's place. The house looked even better than the pictures in person. It is very beautiful, peaceful and serene. The location is excellent, it is in walking distance of many restaurants and stores. If you want to venture further into town you can catch an Uber or Tuktuk at a very good price. Alfredo and Martha met us at the house during check in, it was nice to meet them. They provided us with information about the house as well as the area and activites which was very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay, the only issue we had was that 6 nights was not long enough. We still have so much that we want to do in Antigua and the surrounding areas, so we will definitely be visiting again. I recommend and will be staying at Alfredo's place again in the future. Thank you Gio for sharing this amazing Spanish style house with us. We enjoyed sitting in the courtyard just chatting and relaxing. The house is walkable to almost everywhere. The Central Park, church, great restaurants, shops, gelatos and many more. We would definitely stay here again. Gio was kind enough to let us leave our luggage from 11am even though check in was at 3pm. Our flight was early so we got to Antigua at 11 so we were able to just walk around as soon as we got there.

If you want stunning views, and some peaceful surroundings, stay here! You can see Volcán de Auga, Fuego and Acatenango! I had just hiked Acatenango and chose this place to relax mainly. At night you can see the lava on Fuego, it's amazing! The bed was comfortable, nice bathroom and kitchen. Gorgeous pool, again facing the most incredible view. It is a bit remote, but if you have a car, then you're fine, otherwise they can arrange Jose or Israel to get you to town or the airport. There are a few restaurants that you can walk to as well. I felt totally safe there travelling as a solo female, and the locals I passed by on my walks were so lovely. Overall such a beautiful relaxing place to stay. The hosts were great and responded quickly and arranged my transfers.

An excellent place !! Silvia's place is an excellent place, the condominium is very safe, very quiet, beautiful and cozy. You have to be clear that it is not directly in Antigua Guatemala, however it is about 10-15 minutes from the center of Antigua and Uber arrives very quickly. The house is very nice, cozy, it makes you feel at home, the rooms are nice, the bathrooms are clean and it has everything for you to cook, which was very helpful. There is a shopping plaza 1 km away that has everything you need. The pool area is quite comfortable to have a good time with the family and its terrace is amazing for something more private with your companions. I loved the house, I would definitely stay there again.

Everything excellent!

As on other occasions, the stay in Paola's apartment is very comfortable. She responds quickly and is flexible. The building is in a very accessible and central area to the places we needed to visit during our stay. I highly recommend it.

I loved the fully equipped kitchen, the apartment was bigger than expected. The only issue is the noise, you can hear from other apartments or outside. But its totally worth it, it was great!

We enjoyed our stay at Maria's place! The apartment was the perfect size for two people and the neighborhood is beautiful and peaceful. We we're able to walk to several local restaurants. Check-in was easy and we had no trouble accessing the property.

Diana and Julio are gracious hosts, and their little piece of paradise is our new favorite place to stay in Antigua. Great location and we look forward to returning for a long stay later this year. Amenities are great and accommodating and we are so thankful to have new friends in the area. Un millón de gracias Diana, nos vemos pronto!
