It has its own entrance, is composed of a bedroom with a queen bed, a bathroom with a custom built bathtub with a stunning sea view, and a common space with a day bed convertible to two twin beds. It includes a dining space, a sofa, and a totally equipped kitchenette. There is air conditioning in the bedroom and the common area, and the property has an emergency generator. Our property is located in a secluded neighborhood & is 1 of 3 houses overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. The view of the ocean is breath taking. Our property has a spacious outdoor deck set beside a massive Australian pine. There are hammocks & outdoor seating. The studio is 1 of 3 apartments on our property. They are located on the large deck with and are fully equipped for 2 guests. A car is a must, we are not walking distance to the beach. The beach is a 5 min drive down the hill.
