The two-story Vila Karolína is a private property situated in a quiet part of the town of Stockholm in the heart of the Highlands in the middle of the Czech Republic. The villa is perfect for larger families or groups of friends. There are 12 comfortable beds in 6 rooms, 3 spacious bathrooms, two fully equipped kitchens, large living room, swimming pool (30 °C), jacuzzi (37 °C), sauna, wine cellar and much more. Each apartment has its own entrance, ensuring the privacy of the guests. The owner lives in the house, in case of any problems he is available. Accommodation for 1 night, minimum number of guests 2. We issue accommodation documents, and we also pay a local fee of 25 CZK to the municipality for each person/night.

The cottage is located in the cottage area Pod Borovím in Třebíč. It was renovated in 2023. Chalet in Podborovia provides accommodation for 4 people (+ crib) in one bedroom. The cottage has a fenced garden, a pergola with a fireplace, and a parking space for 1 car (another parking spot is located off the property). On the ground floor of the cottage there is a kitchen connected to the living room and dining room, a fireplace and a bathroom with a shower. The loft has a shared bedroom for 4 people.

Separate holiday house on the outskirts of a small village, in the heart of the Highlands, not far from its highest peak Javořice. The house offers a beautiful view to the surface of the pond. The stay is made more pleasant by bathing in a hot barrel, sauna in the house or the possibility of swimming in the pond with access from the terrace of the house. Parking is also possible on the place. Pets (dogs) are also welcome to accommodate (for an extra charge on the place 1000 CZK / night / 1 dog).

You can also visit the western town of Stonetown, 2 km away. Apartments are also suitable for overnight stays.

Cottage at the springs

A cottage in the middle of nature. A forest behind the house, in front of the house a pond. Suitable for families, groups of friends and couples. We would like to welcome you to our cottage and we hope you will enjoy your unique holiday here. The house is split in half. One half is for you and the other half is for my parents. The pond can be used for swimming, but only on our side. The other side is someone else's property. The house has spa water of excellent quality, suitable for drinking.
