Upstairs, queen bdr. and 1/2 bath. Private outdoor deck. Outdoor shower too! Beach chairs & towels, tote, cooler, umbrella, hair blower, iron. We care about the details like ironed sheets, good pillows, new mattress, & fluffy towels.! We don't provide parking & discourage bringing a car. Parking at a premium in season.

A 300 sq/ft comfortable sitting room with sofa, cable television, wine fridge and high top table is for your exclusive use. A private entrance allows guests to come and go freely.

The studio apartment features a bright, open layout with vaulted ceilings. A comfortable couch is positioned in front of a dresser and a flat-screen television. Natural light fills the space from a nearby window, enhancing the neutral tones of the decor.

In addition there is a bicycle rentals shop next door at your convenience. The studio is equipped with crisp linens, free Wi-Fi, kitchenette and bath essentials —everything you need for an exceptional stay. If you don't find something you wish you had before or during your stay, please ask!

Located in the historic district of downtown Nantucket, our cozy apartment is the perfect spot to explore the island. Walk to the best boutiques, restaurants, and beaches. You also have one parking spot if you wish to bring your car. Our favorite places to walk/bike to are Lily Pond, Something Natural, the Oldest House, Steps Beach, and of course, downtown. Please note: this is a residential area and there is another apartment located above and next to you.

Great Condo In Town!

Great two bedroom condo in town renovated in winter 2025 - new kitchen and updated bathroom. If arriving by ferry, you're just a ten minute walk from dropping off your bags and being on vacation. Convenient to restaurants, bars, shopping and everything town offers. Queen bed in master and single in second bedroom. Couch in living room is a pullout as well as option for blow up mattress. The condo is on the second floor.

A charming cottage entrance is framed by flowering hydrangeas and a brick pathway. A wooden door, labeled 'SAND FLEA,' stands prominently at the front, with a second-floor deck visible above. Surrounding structures enhance the quaint and cozy outdoor ambiance.

David was an amazing host!! He let us check in early since we had an early ferry ride. He communicated very well anytime we had a question. The location was perfect - a 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive to the town. We will definitely be back!!

We visited Nantucket for our annual girl's trip. We all thought the home was very cozy and comfortable. We cooked dinner in one night and found the kitchen to be well-equipped for making a meal. The bottle of wine and snacks upon arrival were appreciated. The beds were all comfortable. We enjoyed walking to the beach each morning and we rented bikes to ride on the paths all over the island.

Georgia has the ideal place for Nantucket — absolutely walkable to town, Main Street, all of the shops and restaurants YET ALSO far enough away to unplug from all of that and take in her beautiful surroundings and property without the craziness of summer on the island. The balance is literally perfect. Also, her room and facilities (a little kitchen which is so helpful) and bathroom were immaculate. This is an ideal spot at a really great price point and with an excellent and friendly host. 100%recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Deborah’s gorgeous cottage. It is charming and on a beautiful street a close walk to town. Deborah was communicative and helpful throughout our trip. We hope to stay again!
