The location is very convenient close to a major highway so you can easily get there by car, but still very quiet because it is at the back of the building.

Great place. Highly recommended. Comfortable and very close to the European institutions. Good communication and great wifi and bed. Silent at night and good stuff in the kitchen.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It is quite spacious and had all of the amenities we were looking for. It does have some steep stairs, so if you're not comfortable on stairs I would look elsewhere. It is very updated and has a nice bed and nice TV's. The espresso machine was great and he had TONS of pods available. We loved that. The kitchen was awesome and had everything we needed for cooking some amateur meals from time to time. The bathroom is also very nice. The washer and dryer were nice and had laundry soap in supply. I would give the location an 9/10. It is just a few minute walk to multiple bus stops. It is a quiet area. The best grocer we found was just around the corner (it was called proxy). The condo is very private and kind of secluded with no windows looking out towards the city. We loved that. However it might not be for you, if you like to look out your windows into the neighborhood and see what's going on. Our favorite restaurant was Wolf sharing food market.

We enjoyed staying at Gautier’s beautiful studio! He was always very helpful and very easy to communicate. Though it’s not located in the middle of the city, we enjoyed the market around the nearby pond on a weekend and nice and quiet neighborhood everytime we took a bus or a tram.

Beautiful and spacious apartment in a very good location, a few steps from the Grand-Place and the various points of interest in Brussels. We were able to park easily near the apartment. Khalil is always attentive and available as needed. We had a pleasant stay.

Spacious and warm cottage with amazing views of the farmland from the window. Just like the photos. It had everything that we needed. We look forward to returning one day.

Great location for trips to Brussels, Ghent and Antwerp. The apartment is complete with many amenities and space bedroom, bathroom, separate kitchen and living room. Annelies is hospitable, complete in her instruction and friendly in her communication. We enjoyed from start to finish and look back on a fantastic Pentecost weekend. Very spacious accommodation for 6-10 people (equivalent to 5 double beds). Special mention to the very comfortable living room and the huge TV with bluetooth speaker. Ann-Charlotte was welcoming and even offered us breakfast on the first day. Just know that the hosts live next door so you have to go through their hallway and the common garden to enter/exit (but the Airbnb house itself is private). Well served by tram and bus, it takes about 20 minutes to get to the center.

It is very close to the airport and very convenient to go to the airport. We stay here every time we travel from China to Europe or leave from Europe. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby. It is very convenient and the room is comfortable.Totally recommend it.

Olivier was helpful and responsive, and it was a great place to stay for a few days. The bathroom and elevator up were admittedly a bit tight, but it was enough space to maneuver with just the two of us. This location is located very close to Merode station which was handy to get around. It can be a bit loud if there are concerts in the nearby park (as was the case for our stay), but they ended well before midnight so it was not a major problem. Definitely recommended if you can book this AirBnB!

My stay at Vincent’s apartment was amazing. The apartment itself is very large, the pictures in the listing don’t do it justice. It was cleaned very well and had all the amenities listed in the description. The best thing about my stay was the location. The apartment is centrally located in Brussels, just a few minutes walk to the Grand Place and Central station. I would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone looking to explore downtown Brussels!

I had a great stay! The location was perfect—walkable to everything I needed and easy to get around. The host was very communicative and helpful throughout the stay, which made everything smooth and stress-free. The place was clean, comfortable, and just as described. A perfect stay at BOB's. Mini problem for check-in but BOB is very accommodating and came to drop off the keys where we needed them. Maybe a lockbox would be the best way to make the stay PERFECT. We'll go back to BOB's!

Great stay and have a nice host! Upon arrival, we unfortunately saw that the gas had been shut off throughout the building due to a leak, something the host could not do anything about, of course. The host had also seen this and proactively offered to bring an electric hob as a replacement. We had a very nice stay at this location!

Beautiful place, high ceilings, classical architecture, but with a modern interior. Hard to be in a better location, a block away from the Grand Place, but out of the path of tourists. Centraal station is super close, so it is easy to come from and go to the airport. Host responded very quickly to any request and let us drop our luggage way before check-in time.

Very glad stayed in this warm place. Super-market, restaurant and bus/train station within walkable distance. Definitely will stay here again for my next trip.

From the outset, I would like to highlight the immense personal service that Aitor provided to me by agreeing to have a package intended for me delivered to him. He did it with a good heart. Very easy to communicate with. It was reassuring to know that we could count on him if needed. The accommodation is really fantastic and the proximity to the metro/tram is an undeniable advantage. We knew there were stairs to access the accommodation but we didn't pay attention to the fact that it's the equivalent of a third floor. Less convenient with heavy suitcases and two friends walking with a cane. There is only one bathroom and it is in one of the two bedrooms. It's a little inconvenient at night when you want to respect the privacy of the person sleeping there and you don't want to wake them up. Very well-equipped kitchen. Washer with soap. I recommend it without hesitation and a big thank you Aitor!
