This charming one bedroom house on this golden sandy beach of St Aubin is perfect for a family of 4 ( 2 adults 2 small children ) or a couple on a romantic getaway. This property enjoys excellent bus routes to all areas of the island as well as being on the le Petit Train route which the kids would love.

Sea front apartment. Large balcony. New sun room. Huge lounge. Bi fold doors onto the balcony. 2 Bedrooms 2 bathrooms. Brand new spacious kitchen. Lovely views. Half way between St Aubin and St Helier. South facing. Only a cycle track between this home and the beach. The bedroom on the North side of the house is not far from the road. People that are used to having no sound at night might find this as one negative point. The South bedroom only has the sound of the sea.
