Villa vacation rentals in Jersey Shore

We enjoyed our stay here and it was comfortable for us to sleep 4 people. The bedrooms were nice and bathroom recently updated. We experienced some loud noise from the above neighbors on a Sunday morning but other than that it was quite. There is a nice washer and dryer with detergent that we used too. It was also nice to be close to Pershing field park and not far to get on the PATH train into NYC.

We loved our stay! Sitting outside on the porch and watching the ocean waves was very relaxing. Kitchen was stocked with everything we could need and very clean.

We loved our stay. We were in town for a long weekend girl’s trip. 6 of us fit comfortably in the apartment. We were there in the off season (mid/late Feb) so parking was super easy. Easy 10-12 min walk to Congress Hall and Washington Street Mall. The apartment was exactly as pictured. Clean and you can’t beat the view.

The house was beautiful and even nicer than the pictures. We loved the pool and the beach was right there. Tim was super responsive- especially around check in time. Would easily stay there again next time i am im the area !

We booked this house for our 50th wedding anniversary to celebrate with our two daughters, their husbands, and our 5 grandchildren. The house was perfect for our needs. As she described, it was 5 houses to the beach, and there were sufficient beach equipment that came with the house. We were all impressed with how well appointed the house was, particularly in the kitchen. While we enjoyed gathering in the common areas, there were several areas (glassed porches and balconies) where one could retreat for private time. We also enjoyed having crabs on the table on the ground level below the house. On the few occasions that I texted Anka she very promptly responded. We would definitely stay here again, but would more than likely arrange beforehand to have access to the elevator for ease of moving luggage to the bedrooms on the first and second floors and groceries to the second floor kitchen. Everything about our stay was great! The home was comfortable, beautiful, clean, unique, as described, with amazing views! We would definitely stay here again when coming to the City. Alex was a very responsive host from the very first contact. All of our questions were answered within minutes. I would recommend this home and working with Alex any time!

We had a nice stay at this beautiful and modern airbnb. The location was perfect for walking to local restaurants and the view of the ocean from the living room was lovely. I will say, that after paying both a cleaning fee and a service fee, in addition to the cost of the airbnb, it did feel a bit ridiculous to be instructed to strip the beds and start the laundry, amongst other household chores, before checking out. We appreciated being granted a 1 hr late checkout for this reason. Having to do dishes and laundry all while checking out by 10am would’ve been an inconvenience. Not enough to subtract a star from the rating, but definitely worth noting for future guests.

For where it’s located the price is very fair. Easy access to the boardwalk would come back again. The only complaint I would have would be that the carpets are getting a little old thank you Heather for the quick response and it’s nice to go to the beach and only stay one night.

I gave this home a 5 star rating because it was a very beautiful home that worked very well for my family . The plus points were the beautiful home , plenty of parking , lots of activities for all ages , lovely yard & very responsive host however there were some problems like some appliances in the main kitchen weren’t working and the media are dated . However we were able to use the second kitchen . The host did respond in a timely manner .

You can’t beat the location with its proximity to the beach, boardwalk, and local attractions. It has its quirks like any rental but my family of 5 very much enjoyed our stay.

I’ve stayed with Shahid twice now and always had a positive experience. The space is awesome, located right in the heart of Brooklyn. It’s very clean and comfortable and I wouldn’t hesitate to go back.

We stayed here for a week in August. Me, my wife, and 10 year old son. Keyless check in was a breeze. The place was very clean and spacious. We loved the open layout, high ceilings, and abundant natural light. The kitchen was well stocked, beds were very comfortable, place was nicely furnished. The owners were really thoughtful in making this home feel welcoming. Easy drive to Lewes beach (about 16 min) or Rehoboth beach (about 20-25 minutes depending on beach traffic). We didn’t try any of the community amenities but great to know they were there. We look forward to staying here again! Highly recommend!

Great stay for a trip to ocean city. The location was right next to the boardwalk which was really nice.

Location is *phenomenal* but can be tricky to locate if you aren’t familiar with the block the property is on. Super clean and well maintained but lacks some of the full bells and whistles a luxury AirBnB usually provides (ie, full kitchen pots/pans and paper products) so that could be better outlined in the hosting instructions. So if you are planning to stay for an extended period be prepared to get some of that on your own, which again, is not a big deal considering the other amenities and the location. We actually had to reach out to the host regarding a clog in the sink and they were over first thing in the morning to repair. Host was very responsive and polite so we look forward to booking with them again.

We absolutely LOVED our stay here. It is steps away from the boardwalk and beach which was perfect since we had kids with us. We felt very safe at our spot. Everything was clean and we had everything we expected and needed. I would recommend this place to anybody! Thank you for everything!

This place was perfect for my family and I for the weekend getaway we decided to take. The unit was very spacious as the photos show and plenty of beds. Having two private bedrooms is a plus and with the mini kitchen I was able to cook for us every day. It’s proximity to the boardwalk and location on the boardwalk is GREAT especially if you have kids (5 minute walk from castaway cove) and plenty of food nearby. We will definitely be back next time we come to OC!
