Can sleep 7, but more comfortably sleeps 4-6. 2 queen bedrooms downstairs with an additional 2 twin beds in 1 loft and full bed in other loft. Enjoy evenings by the fire or listening to the relaxing sounds of the forest on the large covered porch. Central air & Wi-fi included with Roku TV.
