This is a basement apartment. My family lives above this space. Just 4 miles outside Pacific town. Our dog-friendly ( all other pet must be asked about first.) peaceful space, perfect for those traveling Route 66, Purina farms, Six flag, heading to Missouri wine country, Meramec Caverns exploring St. Louis zoo & area attractions. This has all the amenities you need for a good night's rest during a road trip or to spend a few days and relax. There is both indoor and outdoor space to enjoy.

Hand Built Log Cabin

This cabin was completed in 1940 by previous owner's grandmother with only the help of her horses. The wood was cut from the property. Originally it had no electric or plumbing, we updated it more in 2021 keeping as much original as possible. Rustic cabin has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with walk-in shower only, washer and dryer, full eat in kitchen and living room. On site you can relax watching horses, mini horses, goats, chickens & ducks as well as wild life. You can feed and pet the 🐐 goats.

FUNKS INN-no extra guest fees or cleaning fee

This house was built in 1870, it is a stone structure and was used as a family farm home. It has been remodeled for its use today. It is historically correct, which includes antiques of the time. Post Civil War era, furniture including the beds of this period. Another interesting aspect, is that the floors are all original. Mattresses, blankets pillows, bedding and towels are all new. The wine cellar that we have added, made on location. I always leave some out for guests. No fee.

This lovely rural cottage is nestled back in the woods on its very own private acre of land. It offers guests a beautiful getaway experience while at the same time being just a 7 minute drive from downtown Eureka with its many delicious restaurants and adorable boutiques. Six Flags is a brief 10 minute drive, and Purina Farms is 15. We have ample parking for multiple vehicles and a completely fenced in yard great for 4 legged friends.
