Great place for families, nice team and good facilities

Omar was a great host . I stayed for one month and during my stay he was responsive always to any questions and always checking if everything is okay. The location is beautiful , peaceful and the apartment has everything you need . Would gladly stay here again .

Me and my wife had a great time. We skip most of our itinerary in going outside since we just love the place especially during sunset. We will definitely recommend and would love to go back.

Amazing Stay! My friend and I really enjoyed our time here! The place is huge, spacious, and very neat — perfect for a relaxing getaway. A special thank you to Mr. Nasser for being so generous and kind. He gave us a free jetski ride, which made our stay even more fun and memorable! We absolutely loved how close the place is to the beach, and the view is just beautiful. We would definitely love to come back again soon!

One of the best views in RAK and the beach is even closer than it looks in the pictures. It was a 30 second walk to the back of the building. so I’m very glad we chose this place. And the host was the best and very helpful and responsive. Definitely will be back.

We enjoyed our stay! The apartment was well located,clean, and had everything we needed. We even had a lovely fruit bowl.

We had a very nice time, apartments is very close to the sea, clean and modern interior, the pool in on the roof and all very clean and accessible most of the day. Jason & Salem were very helpful and responsive.

Tim was so helpful. I called him, like a million times, but he was patient ans guided me to his home. The house was beautiful, clean, and had everything stocked up already. All the instructions on how to use the machines were clearly written on the ipad that he will provide. He checked up on us a few times to see whether everything was okay. The view was so good from the balcony. Definitely recommend for anyone visting Marjan island. Will definitely come again for sure!

Enjoyed a peaceful and private stay at the beach resort, away from city life. The private beach, pool, and jacuzzi were fantastic. Will definitely visit again

We had an wonderful stay at this property! The apartment was beautifully decorated and clean upon arrival, everything was provided for a comfortable stay. The highlight for us was definitely the pool and beach access, it was so convenient to be able to walk straight to the beach or lounge by the pool. With shops and restaurants around, we had great choice when it came to dining out or picking up essentials. A car is a must if you want to roam around, as apart from the complex it's still quite isolated Communication with the host was seamless from start to finish. Lyn was responsive and accommodating.

Top stay by the sea, Ahmed is very available and very attentive to the requests of these customers. The apartment is great even better than in the photo in a beautiful residence! I highly recommend it !

Place was nice. Easy access to beach. Stay was nice and memorable.

Great mini break away. Clean and tidy and had everything we needed. Lovely beach at the end of the road and easy-to-get to hotels in the area.

Perfect vacation! Beautiful accommodation, I don't even want to talk about it so that it doesn't get bought up)) I want to note - the apartment has excellent noise insulation, we did not hear either neighbors or sounds from the construction site nearby, very quiet, clean, security and other staff on the territory of the complex - wonderful friendly guys, there is a great beach here, after the crowds of tourists in Dubai - this is the perfect place to relax. All household appliances are new, the apartment is clean, the host immediately responds to all requests! We would definitely come back! Accommodation 100 out of 10 points, thank you very much 🙏

It was a pleasant stay, apartment was well kept with amenties and applainces handy. Hosts and caretaker were very proactive and helpful. A positive experience.

I really enjoyed my stay at Maher's studio!

The host was friendly, responsive, and provided all the little touches that made the stay special fresh towels, toiletries, and even a few snacks and drinks in the fridge. The Wi-Fi was fast, the bed was super cozy, and the location was perfect close to shops, restaurants, and public transport, but still peaceful and quiet at night.

I really enjoyed my stay there! The place has the most scenic view of the beach. It was spotless clean and has the best decorations ever! The bed was too soft for my liking that’s all 😅 but everything else was perfect ❤️

This place is very good for relaxing. Will surely book here again.
