Nice new restored apartment

Your family will be close to everything when you stay in this centrally located home. The apartment is close to the border and just off the E45 motorway. In addition, the apartment is located in the middle of barrels and Sønderborg. In scenic area close by, with heart trail, mini golf course, playground and city park with beautiful nature. In the apartment there is a bedroom on the ground floor with 2 single beds, in the living room there is a sofa bed that can be knocked out so it will be a bed of 140 cm. On the first floor there is a room with two single beds.

Newly renovated apartment with "flair" in a listed captain's house directly in the old town of Flensburg. 1820 meets 2024 - the entire house has been renovated and lovingly modernized. The beautiful Johannisviertel in the old town of Flensburg is only 150m away from the center and harbor and impresses despite the central location by the peace and idyll of the district. The apartment was renovated in 2019 and impresses with friendly colors and bright country-style furniture. It has a separate entrance in front of which a car can be accommodated directly. Inside, warm light with ceiling spots, underfloor heating in all rooms, and loving decor. Both on warm summer days (separate 10 sqm west terrace), as well as on cold winter days (cozy bathtub, smart TV, selection of Blu-Rays, books) you can spend a great vacation.

There is room for the family with and without children. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place. A climbing tower and a football goal are available. The garden is over 1000 square meters. There is space to grill, play or unwind. The garden is bordered almost everywhere. Of course there is also a baby bed in the house as well. The beach is 15 minutes by car. To Rømø about 40 min. Cozy circus car incl.morget. Close to the water.

Very nice and charming, circus wagon with wide double bed. Insulated and inlaid heat. Only 350 m from lovely beach and forest as well as Gendarmstien. The price includes breakfast (homemade organic bowls etc.) Coffee and tea for free use as well as linens and towels. Parking lot right next to the circus wagon. 300 m to public transport by bus no. 110 from Sønderborg, Gråsten and Flensburg.
