Full apartment, cosy, comfortable and functional. Condominium offers everything the guest needs for all their daily meals. The host gives tips on tours, restaurants, supermarkets that made it much easier for us to stay, would come back more often.

Great structure and location. On the street of Tamandaré beach, with good restaurants and markets very close by. Communication with Vanessa was perfect, always responding quickly. The condominium has a barbecue and a pool, which was helpful when it got tired of the sun! I recommend and hope to return :)

I had the pleasure of staying in Mr. Márcio and undoubtedly was an incredible experience. The flat is modern, with a sophisticated design and beautifully decorated, which creates a warm and elegant atmosphere. Every detail has been carefully thought out to provide maximum comfort and practicality. In addition, Mr. Márcio is extremely attentive and dedicated, always available to make sure everything was perfect during my stay. Your care for guests and concern for offering a unique experience really makes all the difference. I recommend it to everyone looking for a quality place with a personal touch and exceptional attention.

gisele Fernanda is a great person, I highly recommend the place, you can book without fear. She was super helpful, she understood our arrival time and especially the departure time. We didn't have any issues with our stay. Local is in the center of São José da Coroa Grande and is very close to all the sights of Maragogi, maximum 20 min drive to downtown Maragogi. Cost benefit is worth too much. Clean room, with air-conditioning, equipped kitchen, super cozy and comfortable. Like I said, you might take it off without fear.

Quiet place, well furnished house, utensils , very good. There were pq mosquitoes is close to the mangrove but nothing that a racket does not solve . All works well ! Close to everything. The town we needed we asked via zap and arrive fast , grocery store, pharmacy .

Daniel's space is simple and cozy. The balcony and the landscape are beautiful, having breakfast with that view was a gift apart. Excellent location, wonderful sea bathing. We'll be back for sure.

There is nothing missing for any type of traveler, couples or families, the structure serves everyone. The beaches of Porto de Pedras and surroundings are wonderful allowing all types of programming. Be sure to take the raft ride.

Marcio I always ask to ask questions and Nosa change. The house has everything we need and very close to the beach. Swimming pool, barbecue, rooms with super hot air, in short, it was worth it and the whole family loved it!

The apartment is all new, well arranged, comfortable. The pool at night is at a very pleasant temperature. The beach in front is very quiet, heavenly, although there are no kiosks, it meets my preferences. At night the sky is very starry, because it doesn't have a perfectly lit waterfront, perfect! The only suggestion for improvement would be to put in a cooktop or stove with more burners for those who prefer to make their own, because the one you have only has one. Beach chairs, a cooler, bath and pool towels are available, the TV is quite large, perfect for watching a movie at night. I would definitely stay again!

Our stay in May 2025 was an amazing experience! We were surprised by the perfection of this property. The cleanliness was impeccable, the atmosphere is very cozy and the decoration is beautiful. The kitchen is well equipped and the rooms are extremely comfortable. The condominium offers a resort structure, with a complete leisure area: a huge swimming pool, sauna, hot tub, spa, gym and children's playground. The atmosphere is quiet and nice. The host team is excellent. They were always attentive, quick to resolve our doubts, followed our arrival and were concerned about whether we were well, in addition to giving us great tips on places in the region. The location is great, close to the beach, grocery stores, restaurants and has a gas station with convenience right in front of the condominium. We hope to return soon and recommend this fantastic place!

Our experience was wonderful. The condominium is new, beautiful and very well maintained. The house was impeccable: clean, charmingly decorated and every detail carefully thought out. Super comfortable bed and bath linens, great quality utensils... everything helped us feel truly at home. Impeccable place! The apartment is brand new, with an amazing pool and great structure. We were very welcome by Zuzi, always attentive. The acoustics of the apartment is excellent — you don't hear any street noise, which guaranteed super quiet nights. I recommend with my eyes closed and I definitely plan to return soon!

My family and I had wonderful days during the stay. The house is very spacious, with beautiful decor, well equipped and very close to Patacho beach. The condominium is very quiet and easy to find, following the instructions that were provided. We were delighted with the place, the The complex is super quiet and very beautiful. The beach is close to the place! The apartment is neat and just like the photos, the kitchen is top quality, as are the sheets and towels. Everything was very good. And thanks to Allyson and the guys who were always in touch with us. I wish we could go back again
