Excelente lugar Cómodo y céntrico

From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed. Laura personally greeted us at check-in, gave us a tour, shared local tips, and even left some thoughtful goodies to kick off our vacation. The location was perfect—just two blocks off the Malecón in the heart of the art district. It was close enough to some of our favorite restaurants (No Se Nada, Melissa’s, Pipi’s, and Gaby’s) while offering a peaceful retreat from the lively energy of the Malecón. We loved starting our mornings with a walk along the waterfront before heading out for the day. The condo itself was spotless, the beds were comfortable, and having laundry facilities was a great convenience. But the true highlight was the private rooftop terrace—the perfect spot for morning coffee, soaking up the sun, and even getting in a workout. We travel extensively and have never experienced such kind and attentive hosts before. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again on our next visit to Puerto Vallarta. Highly recommend!

The place was just as described and really roomy. The area is nice and felt safe and comfortable. I saw people walking their dogs outside day and night almost everyday. There’s restaurants and taco stands within walking distance as well as wine and bar locations and they had really calm and cheerful neighborhood vibes. It felt very safe and peaceful in the area. My family enjoyed the pool and the ability to sit together in the dining room table and open the sliding doors really wide. We had 5 adults in our group and we were comfortable in this location. We had a car and we were able to park it in the designated gated space. We also took a few Ubers to Zona Romantica and it was within $6 to $8.

Disfrutamos mucho nuestra estancia en la casa de Heidi, es una casa muy agradable, comoda y muy ordenada, la cocina esta muy completa, con todo lo necesario para cocinar; la casa esta muy bien para cuatro personas como maximo; todo esta muy cerca, la playa, restaurantes, bares. Recomiendo ampliamente la casa de Heidi.

Muy céntrico, con buen internet y aire acondicionado que enfría todo el espacio. Muy amables con la atención y siemore estuvieron pendientes. Se nos olvidaron las llaves y a los minutos nos abrieron.

excelente ubicación!!! céntrica, caminando el Poliforum León, zona piel a 10 minutos en carro, vías rápidas, excelente entrada y salida de la ciudad, centros comerciales, HEB, Walmart, Chedraui a 5 minutos en carro

Excelente casa, está increíble que cada cuarto tenga su propio baño, eso nos gustó a todos. Me agradó la ventilación, el espacio amplio, bien distribuido, muy linda la casa. Gracias por su hospitalidad

All was well however, the blankets in the first room were dirty. The shower was a bit clogged. Overall, all was well. We have stayed in this how’s several times. Dennise is always very responsive to our needs. It’s a perfect place and city center.

Pictures are 100% accurate. The place is such a prime location, food within a block or two, groceries literally right across the street. Felt 100% safe with a lobby attendant and locked lobby door. The pool was great with the heat and had a blast. Full kitchen was great and can also eat outside on the rooftop to watch sunset. Albert was proactive all the way through, including timing our flights. If you’re looking or wondering about something, be sure to look for a QR code, the hosts thought of everything. Would recommend 100%.

Ubicado en un lugar muy cerca al centro historico. Ojo, los muebles no son lo mas agusto para relajarse, casi nomas la cama se uso para descansar.

Great stay in this traditional and beautifully decorated apartment! We loved the open air design. The location was great, close to the malecon and great restaurants! Parking was easy and always available during our week-long stay. We felt safe and had good communication with the host. We would stay here again!

Super great place and hosts! The place was clean upon arrival and had everything we needed. Loved that it was gated, made us feel safe and right on the beach was a plus! The pools were super nice as well. Overall, super worth the stay and we enjoyed our time here. Definitely recommend Omar’s place. 🙂

El lugar está cómodo, amé la cama y las almohadas descansas súper rico y también podías quedarte dormido sin problemas en el sofá. Nosotros buscábamos un lugar agradable para descansar y fue perfecto. No hay servicio de comida dentro del fraccionamiento pero salimos a diferentes lugares que anteriormente habíamos visitado y sigue igual de deliciosa la comida. El único detalle que podría encontrar es que no puedes entrar a la playa por qué la arena está muy negra y las olas estaban algo fuertes (puedes entrar pero es bajo tu propio riesgo) aún así las albercas del club de playa y los que están en las villas están súper bien y el agua está a una temperatura perfecta.

Departamento Facil de llegar... A la entrada el personal muy amable, en la recepción son rápidos y con instrucciones precisas.... Muy bonito, amplio, cuenta con todo lo descrito, la piscina grande, suficientes camastros. Con excelente vista a la piscina y al mar. Excelente para descansar y disfrutar en familia... Sus Anfitriones muy amables, responden rápido a cualquier duda-pregunta. Lo recomendamos ampliamente...!!!

Alfonso’s unit was beautiful, clean, and exactly as described. We enjoyed the outdoor pool areas and the beach and enjoyed being on the ground floor and having easy access. We also enjoyed the patio attached to the unit, which felt very private. Alfonso was a very responsive and proactive host, and went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay. There is some hallway noise from being on the first floor. We had a great stay and I would recommend this bnb to anyone. :)
