Unusual living in a cozy garden house

In the former studio in the garden of the owner, the art is still present and gives the rustic-cozy accommodation on approx. 45 square meters and over 2 floors its special flair. A small seating area under the chestnut tree and a brick barbecue can be used in nice weather. The town center with all shops, bus stop and much more can be reached in 2 minutes on foot, the train station with regional and express train station in 10 minutes. The famous lake is a 20-minute walk away.

Historic Tiny House

This romantic house was built in the 17th century and directly adjoins the city wall of Röttingen. Following its renovation in 2010, the accommodation offers space across 3 floors. The ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen and a living/dining area with a television and dining table. On the first floor, you'll find the bathroom and a bedroom, while the second floor houses another living room with a sofa bed. The building is equipped with a modern gas heating system.

This great place is anything but usual. You stay in a former dairy cottage, which was extensively converted into a tiny house in 2023 /24. Formerly, the farmers of the village of Gottwollshausen delivered their milk there. Today there is only one farmer left, so the cottage should be demolished. This fate saved me and my wife from the dairy cottage and converted it into a tiny house with terrace, parking and full comfort for 2 people/possibly 4

Vacation homes with views over the Kupfertal

The cottages are built on stilts. They each have their own staircase and access. Both houses are equipped with a full kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen with fridge, stove, oven, Senseo coffee machine and filter coffee machine, kettle and all the cooking utensils you need. In the bathroom, you will find a toilet, sink and shower, as well as a hair dryer and hand and shower towels. Both rooms have large flat-screen TVs. Very good Wi-Fi reception

The barrel is equipped with a cozy 2 x 2 m bed. An extendable table and two cozy benches offer the opportunity to enjoy a nightcap, snack or glass of wine. Lovingly furnished - perfect for a short stay. The beds are made for you. Towels are to be brought along.

Our vacation home is about 55 square meters with up to 5 sleeping places. Max. 2 parking spaces Adjacent to the stable/paddock. Open living area with living room, TV, Wi-Fi, fireplace, dining room, kitchen and bathroom. Kitchen, stove, oven, fridge/freezer, coffee maker and kettle. Board games for a cozy game night are provided. Towels and linens are provided. It is about 1.5 km to the local outdoor pool.
