Our house on the lake is located in the middle of the Oeltal at the source of the Bottwar. Surrounded by forest and pure nature, the house invites you perfectly to forget the stress of everyday life for a few days. The house is fully equipped with a bedroom, kitchen, air conditioning and a sauna with access to a natural pond. Fishing is also possible by arrangement in our natural pond. On weekends, you can also stop by our mill house. Best regards from the Upper Oil Mill.

The place was optimal for me because I only needed it temporarily. The communication with Gerhard was fine and I was warmly welcomed by the roommates. It makes you feel immediately welcome. Location is somewhat "exceptional", as the apartment is located on the 16th floor (high-rise complex), but correspondingly ingenious is the view over the whole city. The neighborhood is very busy, as predominantly older people and families are there. You can get to everything you need within 5 minutes, such as shops, pharmacy, doctor,hairdresser, bank, subway. Since the apartment is used as a shared apartment, it would also have been a longer place of residence for me if I had not found an apartment for myself.
