Lucy's Lodge is your home away from home

We had a great stay at Lucy’s Lodge! The house was so much better in person than in the pictures. It was very spacious with plenty of nice little touches added. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook with. The door code didn’t work at first but the host responded quickly with a code that did work. The family enjoyed the jacuzzi on the cool evenings and the tranquil atmosphere was very relaxing. We were ynervous at first because there wasn’t any reviews but after all, it was a great stay!! It should be noted that you have to walk thru the king bedroom to get to the bedroom with the bunkbeds.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This cabin was absolutely perfect for our family gathering after my father's memorial. Despite poor weather keeping us inside, we were delighted by the thoughtful gathering spaces throughout. The pellet stove created such a cozy atmosphere, and the kitchen was exceptionally well-stocked with everything we needed. The hosts clearly put so much care into every detail. We're already looking forward to returning in better weather to enjoy the outdoor spaces. Highly recommend this peaceful retreat!

The Crowcroft House

Family of four stayed for a week while visiting family. As I think one other review may have said, the description is accurate however the space is much more roomy than the photos would have you believe. Two full bathrooms, a washer and dryer, incredible kitchen, comfortable beds and a serene location all made this location an incredible space but the small, thoughtful touches like hair towels, cotton rounds/swabs/balls in the main bath made our stay exceptional.

Michelle was an exceptional host and her little cottage was in amazingly beautiful place to be. The inside was impeccably clean, and decorated with a simple elegance. She had so many lovely touches, such as quality shampoo and soaps; Q-tips and cotton balls and hairbands available; even the best toilet paper lol!! The kitchen was equipped with every possible thing you could use, and when we couldn’t locate a blender, Michelle went out and got a brand new one and delivered it that day… which we told her she did not have to do!! If this place allowed tiny dogs, I would see if I could rent it for a whole month in the summer…Even though the weather was cool and rainy and we didn’t get to enjoy the lake, we felt nourished by the sweetness of the inside space with the beautiful window views of the lake and woods. Please do yourself a favor and go to Michelle‘s place.

We had a wonderful fall trip and stay at Lorraine's well-appointed cabin. It is very tastefully designed with everything you need. We love cooking and she had everything we needed, including oil & some spices. We climbed Mount Monadnock on one of the most beautiful fall days and were able to take the kayaks provided out on Contoocook Lake one morning and it was so beautiful. The bed was comfortable, the heat worked great, the shower was hot and we loved all the cozy touches. The bottle of champagne was unexpected, but so appreciated. We didn't spend too much time on the porch or use the fire pit because we were out & about enjoying, but those were other great benefits! The trail behind the house to the water in gorgeous in fall. Highly recommend this Airbnb!

…We loved it so much, we extended our stay another night! This is hands down one of THE best Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in worldwide. We fell in love with the cabin, and the setting is simply beautiful. Jim couldn’t have been a better host. I look forward to coming back!
