Charming cottage on natural grounds

Cozy, simple cottage on a nature plot and walking distance to the water. The summerhouse is close to Copenhagen and it is possible to take the train and bus almost right to the door. Perfect for a weekend getaway or a longer vacation. The house is furnished with a large kitchen-living room, living room with wood-burning stove, a bedroom with a double bed and a small room with a bunk bed and a single bed as well as a spacious bathroom. Outside is a large lovely terrace with sun all day as well as a large tree with space for the hammock.

Bellevue - closer to the sky

Welcome to "Bellevue" - our beautiful cottage in one of the highest places in Kulhuse. Here you have a view of the canopy of the North Forest and a fantastic light from morning to evening. At Bellevue you can really relax, recharge, and enjoy nature on the highest levels. Minutes from forest, beach, and close to shopping. We have designed our house as an adult house for four. Children over 15 are welcome. The house is built in 2022/2023 and we take good care of it. There is a charging box for electric car and hybrid car

Lovely cottage near forest and water

In this cozy summerhouse you can relax in quiet surroundings. The fjord and the forest are within walking distance from the summerhouse and Hansen's ice cream shop is only a small drive away. The cottage has a family room with room for both children and adults. In the summer you can enjoy the large garden with all kinds of garden games and trampoline. The terrace invites for coziness, relaxation, barbecue. During the cold months, you can float on the sofa, play a board game, and cozy up by the wood-burning stove.

The house is a traditonal Danish countryside house, 20 km from Roskilde. Here you can enjoy the Danish “hygge”, with peace and nature that you’ll find nowhere else. Relax on the terrasse in the garden, walk in the woods or to Gershøj beach. Go biking on the “fjordsti” which follows Roskilde and Ise fjord, just 1.5 km from the house. Bikes can be borrowed here for free. In winter, you can make a fire. Breakfast and dinner can be arranged upon request and against fees.

A unique thatched house right at the waterfront. The view from the Balcony is nothing more than fabulous. The house has direct acces to the beach and the jetty. The house is refurnished, and everything is welcoming and delicious. What you hear when you open the Balcony-doors, is the sound of the waves and the wind in the trees. Relax in this unique and quiet home in a forest-like setting with rich birds and insect life. Part of a butterfly project, the garden is planted thereafter. There is a small moss hole in the backyard that attracts birds and insects where you can enjoy the tranquility and nature. 3 minutes walk to a child-friendly sandy beach and 15 minutes to Nordskoven. Water, electricity and wood pellets for pellet stove are paid separately and according to consumption.
