Excellent location to enjoy this beautiful area and all amenities (shops and bike rental close by). We had a great time at this beautiful, spacious and particularly well-equipped accommodation. Sandrine is a charming and available person who took the time to welcome us and give us tips for our stay. There is all the baby equipment available (bed, high chair, bathtub) as well as books and toys for children. Everything is thought out to feel good. We'll be happy to go back!

We stayed in Annecy for 4 nights in June. We were a group of 4 girls. The location of the apartment is amazing. Lots of really good restaurants and bars right on our doorstep. The host was really responsive and was there to greet us on check in. There was an issue with no water while we were there but the host responded quickly and it was sorted. We were disappointed on arrival to be told there was only one working toilet. It was advertised as 2 toilets but we were told one was being replaced. It would have been helpful to have been told this before we arrived. Bedrooms are right on the street but the sound proofing was really good and there was no noise. All in all a really good stay.

This apartment is very beautiful and relaxing. It has such a stunning view of the lake. The apartment is spacious and well laid out. We were very pleased staying here.

Highly recommend the place if you plan a visit to Anncey! The location was perfect - walking distance to the train station and the city centre. The apartment was amazing too - was very clean and cozy with all the amenities ready. Finally, the hosts (Kenji and his dad) were very sweet and welcoming. Would love to stay here again next time. :)

We had a great stay at Francois’s! He kindly greeted us at our convenience to help with check in and show us around the apartment and providing some info on the location (even helped with our luggage!). The place was clean and full of fun items to explore. Location was perfect!

We had a great time at Coralie's place. The environment is splendid and there's no better way to wake up in the morning than to open the curtains and have this view! 🏞 A real change of scenery even for a few days, it was great! Clean and pleasant 👍🏼 places, the big plus: the parking space and the air conditioning!

Very nice place to stay. Furnishings tip top. Location is quiet. You can stay outside very well and hike from the house. Within a 15-minute drive, there are many more hikes. The host gives recommendations. Sylvain is super friendly and accommodating. We will be happy to come back.

We spent the Easter weekend at Florian's. We were 8 adults. The place was very clean upon arrival. Its location on the heights of the village of Les Échelles makes it very attractive. The view of the Chartreuse mountains is amazing. The cottage is very spacious, super bright with a sheltered terrace facing the mountains. A delight at aperitif time. The decoration of the many rooms, the kitchen and bathroom equipment are modern and pleasant to stay in. It's very spacious. We were able to enjoy the games room and the ping pong table in the basement, family happiness. The nights are peaceful in the hamlet. Florian and his family live and work on the farm next door. We were able to meet his dad who took the time to explain his job as a sheep farmer and cheese maker. An exciting world. A great discovery of this region with its many activities. It was exceptional. We really enjoyed staying at Frédérique and Jacques's cottage. Extremely well-equipped, with very nice small details, very clean. Very nice environment around. We also really enjoyed the small welcome basket with some local products. And the hosts, very kind and helpful!! We will come back and recommend it without hesitation!

We stayed at Claire's house for the second time, almost a week. The equipment is very good, high-quality materials, everything very generous (e.g. enough coffee, dishwasher tablets, soap, etc.). Everything is very well thought out. The location is very quiet with wonderful views. The terrace is equipped with plenty of seating and a large umbrella. Everything is just right and we will be happy to come back. The communication with Claire was pleasant.

Elisabeth's new modern one bedroomed chalet was exquisite. Immaculate through out, and well built in the first place. It is in a great location, handy for Faverges ( walkable if you want) and their great selection of local shops, excellent bakers and a great wine shop & several supermarkets too. We were greeted personally on arrival & shown how everything worked. It was a real privilege stopping there. The views from our massive windows and garden and the new fabulous hot tub, were awesome, we even saw eagles daily and the house is built to keep you warm or cool whichever you need. Elisabeth is lovely & was a great host, she lives in the next house along the lane, available, but only if we wanted her. And there is a 20a french/ schuco socket set up for EV charging too. Our first visit to the Haut Savoie, won't be our last. Faverges is a very well resourced & accessible small town. Handy for Annecy and Chamonix Mont Blanc

Clean, well equipped apartment with beautiful views and surroundings. We loved having breakfast in the balcony. Walking trails starts at the door step. Hosts were very thoughtful and there were some groceries on our arrival, which was very convenient. Nice little shops full of local produce. We recommend this place everyone who likes nature and a peaceful place to stay, not far away from the hustle and bustle from Annecy, which is about 45 min by car.

Excellent stay during a weekend with our 2 children in Jean-Marc's home. The location is perfect, the upstairs bedroom is large enough for a family with good bedding and the accommodation is very well-equipped. Recommended!

Great stay with an amazing view from the balcony! The apartment is very well located (easy to access), in a beautiful soothing environment, offering beautiful walks. A few minutes from the gazebo of La Chambotte, ideal for a spectacular sunset. Perfect for two people, the apartment is equipped with all the essentials, with some nice little extras! A big thank you to the host, who is attentive, responsive and flexible on check-in and check-out times. I recommend it 100%!
