Modern Tiny House w/ Hot Tub and Putting Green

Located on a hillside in Shady Cove. This is a spacious brand new 300 sq foot tiny home. The tiny house is located on our private property. We request for our guests to be respectful of our home, our neighbors, and surroundings. It is important that our guests treat the outdoor space as if they were camping and not leave any food outside as there is some wildlife in the area. Included is a covered gazebo with curtains on a private deck with a spa, and gas fire pit that also heats your legs.

Updated home w/ nice features & a notable primary bedroom&bathroom. Both rooms have work spaces & home has excellent wifi ~ 200mbps. Our cozy, modern guest house is light, open and spacious. It is approximately 650 sq ft with Hot Tub, 1 queen bedroom, a cozy upstairs loft with a double bed. The bathroom has a walk in shower, washer & dryer. Fully equipped kitchen that flows into the dining and living room. Off the dining area is a private yard with patio, hot tub, outdoor shower, BBQ, chairs and table . Our guest house is located behind a detached shop so you'll have a private entrance & convenient parking and privacy.

Nestled up a hill in the forest, you'll be transported to your own little private resort-like getaway with stunning views, architectural design that brings the outdoors in, and ample space for dining and entertaining poolside. The property consists of two separate studios (both included) connected by a unique outdoor living space with a seasonal pool, spa, outdoor shower, bar & BBQ, and more!

This is a scenic stop between PDX and SF and its own destination. One guest says " Her home has a magic of its own." Simple, elegant, and a great base for wine-tasters, paraglider, or roadtrippers. If a house surrounded by nature, vineyards, paraglider pilots, creativity and occasional other travelers sounds interesting, you'll love it here. As a local tourism coordinator, I can direct you to the top attractions. Note: this is a self-contained unit but attached to the main house!
