Vacation rentals with lake access in Jackson County

Mark’s home was perfect for all of us as usual! This was the second time staying with him and we will definitely be back! The guys had so much fun playing on the lake!

What a great location and comfortable home! We love being just steps from the water, and the house has amazing views of Round Lake. The rooms are surprisingly spacious and have plenty of room for a family to spread out and relax. Equally enjoyable outdoor spaces. The best part of this Crystal Blue Oasis are actually the small but thoughtful details. There are plenty of indoor and outdoor games to keep everyone busy and fun. The option to rent kayaks and stand up paddle boards could not be more convenient (and we highly recommend--the lake is gorgeous and easy for even beginners.) Even things like the hot chocolate buffet and honey sticks that come stocked in the coffee bar are so thoughtful and make this one of the best AirBnb rentals we've done. We've made two visits to Crystal Blue Oasis and plan to come back for a third and more!

This home is great! We would definitely love to stay here again! The host has many extras to make sure you have anything you might need to prepare a meal (any kitd of spice you can imagine, many pots and pans many small appliances, etc.). This home has everything your personal home would have which makes it very nice. The game room downstairs was a favorite of the kids! I would highly recommend this home!

The Gatehouse is a wonderful place to stay! Jennifer’s messages were clear and explained the property well. Everything was clean and well kept. We enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boards. This is a beautiful spot on the lake, the lovely yard creates a nice set back from the street and water. We all enjoyed our family vacation, and would love to come back!

The house was perfect for my grown boys and their partners as well as my SIL. It was minutes away from where my husband grew up, and that made it easy for us to travel to see family before and after my father-in-law’s memorial. The boys had fun kayaking in the channel and going out to Wolf Lake. The house truly made for the best place for us to share our family stories on this mini vacation.

We loved the lake, the canoe, kayaks, and paddleboat. Super relaxing and very well kept. House was very clean, air conditioning was nice and cold, and we found hiking and biking to be enjoyable. Great experience.

This cabin on Clark Lake is amazing! We rented this place to celebrate a 40th birthday with family and friends and it was everything we wanted! Steps to the water, and the owner just put in a new dock which is awesome which has a spot at the end for chairs and fishing off the dock. We opted to rent the pontoon along with the cabin and this was the absolute best decision we could have made! Having the pontoon right at the cabin was a game changer! The boat is in great condition and Jenny and her family are very friendly and helpful and accommodating! Highly highly recommend renting the pontoon along with the cabin. As for the cabin itself, it was perfect for what we needed. We had several people in and out all weekend and we had plenty of room for them to stay the night. The three seasons back deck is where we spent most of our time eating and playing games with our guests! Kevin the host was very welcoming and flexible with check in and out. We are looking forward to returning!!

good place to stay

This is my second time staying on the property, the first being the upstairs and this time I stayed in the newly renovated downstairs. The location is absolutely perfect and the apartment feels like home. Tim and his family are so nice and this is truly one of my favorite Airbnb rentals!

We had a great stay here. Easy check in and check out instructions! The outdoor toys and bikes were a great addition to the amazing scenery. Would stay here again!

We are so happy that we came across this spot. It was absolutely perfect and Rosemary and Doug couldn’t have been more welcoming. We felt right at home. Enjoyed a lot of fishing and peaceful kayaking trips in the morning. Our son loved the tree house and game room. But most of our time was spent on the dock. We had perfect vacation.

Very peaceful spot, you could say it was heaven in Hell (MI). Every thing Victor provided was quality from the toilet paper to the bath towels. He told me that he tried to make it so we would basically have all we needed other than drinks and food and he was right. He had a nice binder with local restaurants, lake maps, and information on recreation in the area. we had an unexpected heatwave while we were there and he was responsive when we reached out to him.

The location was beautiful! My family and I enjoyed the pool and hot tub the most. The outdoor kitchen was a great perk! And my little boys said petting the pups was the highlight of our trip! 😂

Plus was so relaxing and cozy. our host personalized recommendations too, would definitely recommend if you're looking for an adventure or for a place to crash in the beautiful Irish hills.

Ronda is an excellent host. Quick to respond to requests. Easy and flawless check in. Very impressed with cleanliness and well stocked kitchen. Had everything we needed for two night stay while attending a rustic barn wedding in Allen, MI. Appreciate Keurig and coffee pods for morning coffee. Stairs are easy to navigate to upstairs apartment (we are 70-ish). Outdoor grounds are beautiful, very well kept and peaceful, really enjoyed sitting by the lakefront. Would definitely stay here again if in the area. So glad we chose this location!

I would say this was one of the best Airbnb experiences I have ever had. This place has everything you need-extra towels, cooking spray, plates, kid dishes, pack n play, laundry detergent, etc. It’s not the bare minimum. When I booked, I wished I could find something clear about swimming off the dock-we chose not to and felt it wasn’t quite created for off the dock swimming, but there were public beaches/lakes nearby! I highly recommend this space. 5/5 experience. I wish every Airbnb would take notes.

Had a great stay. Made frequent use of the kayaks/canoe that were provided to get out and enjoy the beautiful lake. Seven adults in our group and we had plenty of room and comfortable accommodations. Debra is an excellent host and we would not hesitate to book with her again.

Beautiful sunsets in the evenings! The house was perfect! No issues at all! Phillip was great at communicating! The neighbors were so friendly!!

The Waterloo Cottage is quaint and cozy. The lake views and the shade trees are an extra bonus. The beds and linens made the stay even better. Paul and Renee are excellent hosts and were easy to communicate with. We highly recommend this cottage for a lake side stay!

Amazing place! Even better than expected! Although it says no AC, they have a little AC unit next to the couch and it makes the whole place so cool! We brought fans and didn't even need to use them. The view was absolutely beautiful. The sunsets on the water were truly breathtaking. I also wanted to mention how I love that we were able to spend it with our puppy, kind of rare to find a nice waterfront like this that allows animals! We will definitely be back next summer.

The cottage was great for our purposes over the Christmas holiday. Great views from the windows at the back of the house. The host was very accommodating. I can see where this would be a fun place to be in the summer!

The views were amazing , very relaxing. We got there late and still had a great time kayaking on the lake . Tony was great with adequate communication and had everything you could need out and ready. Friendly neighbors also . We will definitely be booking here again.
