Stay in a historic home in Old Town Steamboat Springs built 1907. We have added an entry, dining room, master bedroom and bath and powder bath. However, we have kept the original two-story home in tact, similar to the early 1900's. We even used original wood from the walls to accent the exterior. It has aerial views as well as trail head access and close to the Sand Dunes. Free Trailhead parking with a short 3 minute hike to your cabin (recommend packing light). Adjacent to Routt National Forest and the Zirkel Wilderness. Moose, elk, deer, pronghorn, bear, wolf, fox, and many bird species call this special place home. Cabin is an off-grid, dry cabin. Private trails for hiking, biking, xc ski and snowshoe. 4WD or AWD preferred travel in winter. The heat is furnished by a wood stove. Solar powered lights. The composting bathroom is 20 feet away and the shower house a short walk. Water is supplied. Blackstone grill and French press provided.

Mountain View House

This spacious, family friendly house has amazing mountain views. You'll often see deer, moose, foxes, and other wildlife just beyond the fence in the backyard. Close to Rabbit Ears Pass, Buffalo Pass, Steamboat, Snowy Range, Gould, Cameron Pass, the sand dunes, and many other amazing outdoor adventures. We offer extra parking for snowmobile trailers, campers, etc. Non-ethanol fuel is located 2 blocks north of this property at Corkle Oil. We also offer a charger for electric vehicles.
