I had a wonderful stay at Marlene’s place! The apartment was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described. The location is perfect — close to everything, yet peaceful. Marlene was an exceptional host: kind, responsive, and thoughtful throughout my stay. I felt right at home and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

We love the apt and the location. It was a great time, we even understood the stay. A full kitchen, a good gas shower and a good bed to sleep in is what a mother needs. Everything is clean. The little market downstairs was an advance in our lives and the washer and dryer saved us with the children's clothes. The only point, irrelevant to some, is that the apartment does not have a blackout curtain, so the external light (mall lights) make the apartment bright at night, especially the living room and double bedroom. I'm warning you, because there are people who only sleep in a very dark room, like my son. In addition, everything perfect. A place that would be joyful again.

The accommodation was certainly planned by an architect or interior designer, all in very good taste! The cleaning was impeccable, the toilet was marked as having been disinfected, the property smelled clean, everything was in perfect condition. The instructions that are provided are very clear, both those sent by Airbnb and on the labels around the apartment and utensils. It was the most professional Airbnb I've ever stayed in, the owners certainly have strict procedures to make sure everything runs smoothly, and on top of that, it's close to everything. 11 stars.

Savana Valley is simply spectacular! The cabin is very tasteful, super well equipped and full of details that make a difference. The bed is extremely comfortable, and the bed linens are impeccable and fragrant, making everything even more cozy. The place has a unique energy, perfect for those seeking peace and contact with nature. And the waterfall? Sensational! A perfect getaway in São Francisco Xavier. It's really worth it!

We returned for the second time to this house, which is 1:15, 1:30 from São Paulo, the house is very comfortable and pleasant! Equipped kitchen!

The apartment is super complete and was great for our stay. It contains an equipped kitchen and 3 en-suites that comfortably accommodated 4 people.

The home is good, quiet, and the internet is fast. The host is attentive and the location is close to bakery and small markets. The only downfall is that the building does not have an elevator, the AP being on the fifth floor. Would recommend !
