Vacation rentals with beach access in Jaboatão dos Guararapes

The house is as in the photos, the rooms are spacious, the kitchen utensils are good, the bath towels are very small and thin and there were only 4 for a 1-month stay with 3 people, the beds are good. The place is great and right off the beach. Cleanliness is off-limits.

I highly recommend it! The view is incredible, close to everything, the waterfront has incredible energy. I'll be back for sure!!! Diogo gave excellent recommendations for nearby restaurants.

Simply excellent! The accommodation exceeded all expectations — everything was very well cared for, clean and exactly as shown in the photos. The location is another great differential: it is in the most upscale area of Recife, with easy access to everything you need. The region is safe, quiet and perfect for those who want to rest without giving up practicality. And best of all: it's on the sand! Waking up and already having your feet on the beach was an incredible experience. I recommend with my eyes closed and I will definitely return!

The hosting was sensational. Everything was very clean and neat. The view from the apartment is spectacular, facing the sea with access to the beach. Both check-in and checkout were very smooth. Very quiet stay, despite having a little difficulty finding the hotel and a delay of more than 30 minutes because the check-in line was long, we have nothing to complain about, clean, organized room, a perfect view, the pool is wonderful. The apartment is as described and shown in the photos. Well-ventilated apartment, beautiful view, extremely organized and clean, and Silvio provided 2 gallons of drinking water for consumption. It has the best cost benefit considering the location x price. The review earns 5 stars for transparency in the information described. However, as I did not pay attention to the description about well water, this was one of the major points that would not lead me to stay for a long time again if I return to the good trip. Well water is salty and the feeling of having bathed on the beach and not having cleaned oneself is unpleasant and there is no way to “get used to” it in a short time. I was also informed of how to avoid the bad smell from the bathroom drain, but sometimes I forgot the drain open and the smell appeared. The fact that the building has no running water is a peculiarity and not a general problem in Recife, since my guest is a native. I was satisfied with the cost-benefit ratio and the transparency of the information.

The house was easy to find and has a good location, close to tourist spots and with a supermarket nearby. The other guests kept the shared kitchen organized and the host was always very helpful and responded quickly to any questions. Although the individual accommodation is only a room, it was cozy and very comfortable.

Great stay. Silvia was flexible about check-in and the apartment was as advertised, very clean and equipped. It was not the first time we stayed in it and it certainly will not be the last. I recommend it to everyone. Note: Just one detail I would like to mention is regarding the air conditioning, I believe the climate would be more pleasant after cleaning the filter. He cooled down reasonably, didn't bother, but could have performed better. Overall, we liked it very much <3

The stay was very enjoyable. Everything was exactly as shown in the photos, and the studio is well organized. We had daily cleaning service (we don't know if it's routine, but it happened during our stay). The balcony is a charm in itself — you can have breakfast while enjoying the sea view. Close by, there is an excellent bakery, two supermarkets and a great gym affiliated with Wellhub (which was a differential for us). The beach in front of the property has many rocks, which makes bathing difficult, but with a longer walk or a quick five-minute Uber ride, you can reach an excellent diving area. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it.
