Magnificent Stone House2 in the Center of Izmir

The house is 2 stories only and located at a hill overlooking the bay of İzmir. The ground of the house is rocky and considered one of the safe areas for earthquake.The Building has a spacious garden. There is also a common big terrace with great sea view. The house is just 5 minutes walk to the seaside, Konak Square, Clock Tower and the historical Kemeralti Bazaar. There are buses every 3 minutes to and from Konak Square from which you reach all public transportation like metro, bus, and ferry.

Tarih Asansör (monument buikding) is just 2 min. In front of our house. Easy to find- every taxi driver knows this spot. The Tram(city rail public transtport) coast and bus stops are 5 min. To walk. CBD is 10 min. to walk (saat kulesi) And old Turkish house full repaired and modernised- but judge by your self. We wait for u. Hoşgeldiniz

Gece-Gündüz canlı ve güvenli bölge. Specially decorated by the architect, ATMs are 5 minutes away. Sea and park view. Konak pier and clock tower within walking distance. And transportation takes 2 minutes by bus passing the door.

My apartment is on the most attractive street of Izmir ‘Kibris Şehitleri’ with a little sea view. One block away from sea front. (a minute by walk) and very close to Alsancak train station. (10 minutes by walk.) Apartment is on the 6th floor with an elevator. Our kitchen is well equiped and at your disposal for your own cooking. Free and unlimited fiber wi-fi. Apartment is at the middle of the various kind of restaurants, pubs and cafes.
