Cross the street and you are in the garden, another 5 minutes' walk and you reach the beach. 10 minutes in the other direction and you end up in the center of Burgas - the shopping street with all the cafes, shops, bars.

Seafront, summer house with almost 360 degree amazing view. You can swim in the sea, which is about 30 meters away from the front porch. The summer house is located in the middle of a 4 decares land. The land has a small trailer, lots of colorful flowers and an organic vegetable garden. The closest house is 400 meters away. This place is perfect to enjoy the sea, your family or friends without any interruptions. The only thing you might be bothered by are the bright stars at night.
