It is a very accessible and central place just 150 meters from the Bridge, but at the same time it gives the feeling of being a more remote place. This house is for family use. Its access is via 1 minute by boat. It is not rented for groups of friends or parties. Retired foreigners live in the surroundings so the neighbors committee does not strictly allow music and scandal after 7:30pm

If you are looking for a place to disconnect and enjoy nature, this is the ideal place. We really appreciate the hosts for helping us get in touch with boat transportation as the means to get there is by water. The house is perfect, safe, quiet and private area, with a spectacular view. It had everything you need, it's beautifully appointed. We are a family of 4 and our kids (8 years and 3 years old) had a great time. The only bad news is that we couldn't stay any longer! Definitely a place to come back. Thank you for everything

We had a great time as a family. The people who took care of us in the house were very attentive to the domestic service and the guardian and transfer by boat. Melvin was also attentive to communication.

It is a beautiful place, full of warmth, with many special places to create memories with our loved ones. People are incredibly kind and friendly. There are many attractions and fun things to do very close by like a boat ride, jet skis, and amazing restaurants where you can taste local food. Beautiful experience and excellent hosts. Perfect for large groups or families, lots of space, peaceful and very private. Hosts assistant Paty was very nice and helpful she had cool waters and snacks waiting for us. I wished we could have stayed longer.
