Vacation rentals with beach access in Iž

Wow, wow, wow! This apartment is exactly as described. Very central location yet so quiet, and I say that as a very light sleeper. The bed was so comfortable and the aircon made an even more comfortable stay. The kitchen was so well equipped, you could easily self cater here. The location is perfect, very very central to shops, bars, restaurants and points of interest. The bus stop isn't far either. We had such a wonderful stay and would absolutely return. Do not hesitate to book here, we had a very peaceful enjoyable holiday.

El alojamiento y la zona excelente, solo tener en cuenta que viernes y sábado el bar de abajo pone música hasta la una de la mañana, nada que no se arregle con unos tapones. Además de estar totalmente reformado y muy limpio, los anfitriones tienen muchos muchos detalles con el viajero, cremas, geles, Ibuprofeno, tiritas y un largo etc

Sympatyczna i pomocna Mirjana ugościła nas w apartamencie z przepięknym widokiem. Była ona bardzo pomocna, wskazała nam lokale w okolicy godne polecenia. Miejsce do zapisania i ponownego odwiedzenia. Do zobaczenia w przyszłym sezonie ✌🏻

My stay at Irene's was fantastic! Everything was clean, lovingly furnished, and exactly as described. Irene is an incredibly friendly and helpful host—you immediately feel welcome. I definitely recommend it; I would come back anytime.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Zadar. Jadranka und Boris sind tolle Menschen und sehr gute Gastgeber. Das Willkommen war sehr herzlich und wir bekamen leckere selbstgemachte Liköre als Willkommensgeschenk. Wir konnten uns aussuchen, in welchem der beiden Schlafzimmer wir schlafen wollten. Alles in der Wohnung war sehr sauber und funktionstüchtig. Am ersten Tag haben wir erst einmal die Waschmaschine genutzt, weil wir vorher schon paar Tage in einem Hotel woanders waren. Die Lage der Wohnung ist einmalig. Unser Auto stand hinter dem Haus, wir sind Zadars Altstadt zu Fuß erwandert, haben das sehr gute Restaurant in 50 m Entfernung genauso genutzt wie die vielen umliegenden Strand-Bistros. Das Meer direkt vor der Tür lädt ein zu langen und kurzen Badepausen. Super Wohnung und super Gastgeber. Die Lage ist ideal um die Stadt und die Umgebung per Fuß zu erkunden. Zudem ist man in 2 min am Strand. Alles super also 😊

We absolutely loved this place! The location is perfect, just a few minutes walk from the old town, but the place itself is on a very quiet non-touristic street. There are also lots of restaurants, bakeries, and shops in walking distance - and indeed you can walk right out into the sea! The swimming area is really amazing, it's a slightly sheltered area so it felt really safe to swim there even when the sea was wavy. We also really liked the furniture and decor, it looks better in real life than in the photos. Everything was super clean as well. The view from the terrace is wonderful, and the view while swimming is amazing too. The terrace also has an awning so we were able to use it all day. Lana was an excellent host, we had the place to ourselves of course but she was super communicative before we arrived with information, instructions, and offering us advice. Everything was super clear and she was really friendly!

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche bei Antonija verbracht. Sie ist eine supernette, hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, die jederzeit erreichbar war und uns sehr gute Tipps gegeben hat. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich, sauber und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns auf Anhieb wohl gefühlt. Von der Terrasse hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf das Wasser. Sukosan ist ein charmantes Dorf mit schöner Promenade und tollen Cafés, Bars und Restaurants, die Geschäfte sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Lage des Ortes ist perfekt für Ausflüge zu den Nationalparks, Zadar, Sibenik und Nin. Check-in/-out und Kommunikation waren reibungslos. Danke für die Gastfreundschaft und den schönen Aufenthalt! Die Lage der Unterkunft ist klasse! Direkt am Meer. Das Haus ist für die Größe optimal und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Terrasse ist super. Für Strandliebhaber perfekt. Tiziano war immer erreichbar. Klare Empfehlung.

Absolute Empfehlung! Der Garten und der direkte Zugang zum Meer sind ein Traum, läd ein zum Baden und Spazieren gehen (oder wer mag Joggen) am Wasser. Alles war sehr sauber und die Bettwäsche und Sofakissen haben besonders frisch gerochen. Dubravka ist herzlich und unkompliziert. Mit der Personenfähre kann man Zadar und andere Inseln besichtigen. Mit der Autofähre kann man Nationalparks auf dem Festland besuchen, aber auch die Insel gibt einem genug Optionen zum Entspannen, Essen gehen und Wandern. Man braucht nur auf jeden Fall ein Auto. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub!

Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen! Marko ist ein wunderbarer Gastgeber und die Wohnung wunderschön, in perfekter Lage direkt am Meer!

Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von 10 Personen vor Ort. Es hat alles super geklappt und die Besitzer sind sehr nett.

Der Aufenthalt bei Mare war einer unserer schönsten Urlaube! Das Haus bietet alles was man sich wünscht. Es ist perfekt ausgestattet, das Bett ist sehr bequem (!) und die abgeschiedene Lage direkt in einer wunderschönen kleinen Bucht ist einfach nur ein Traum! Mare selbst ist sehr herzlich und eine super engagierte Gastgeberin! Eine ganz klare Empfehlung!

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sofort wohl gefühlt. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Pavle hat immer sofort reagiert, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Diese Insel ist sehr schön, viele Strände, alle sehr leer. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Andro est très accueillant et très réactif. Il est très disponible et nous a gentiment donné des informations. Le logement est très bien et il et bien situé,c’est un point fort. Nous avons passé un superbe séjour. Nous recommandons ce logement !

The apartment is very well located, there is an amazing view from the balcony, everything is quite new and clean. The host is very responsive and helpful. The village is super cute. I highly recommend.

The apartment is just like in the photos, spacious, clean and has rich amenities. The sea is really very close, 1-minute walk. Within 3 minutes the shores have shallow water with sand beneath that make it a great fit for families with small children. I would come back anytime to the apartment and the surroundings too. Our host was also very kind and responsive, she made sure that we can occupy the apartment as soon as possible - in fact we could get the keys 4.5 hours before the previously settled time.

Vriendelijke gastvrouw, aanrader. Goede uitvalsbasis voor de watervalparken, Zadar e.d. Fijne zwemplek bij het appartement, met ligbedjes en schaduw. Handige materialen zoals zout, suiker, toiletpapier, schoonmaakmiddelen, thee, bier, super!

This place was perfect. Check in and directions were easy. Cornelius was there to check us in. His wife Dina owns the coffee shop below and made the best Latte I have ever had. Every morning we would go down and get 2 Lattes and 2 freshly made croissants and take the upstairs to our place. We would sit every morning on the patio and drink our coffee and look at the beautiful view of the Adriatic Sea. It was just what we needed after a hectic trip to Venice. The fact that Cornelius answered our messages almost immediately was such a bonus. I had questions about restaurants and things to do. The bed was firm which I loved. There was also Netflix and Prime to sign on to. I cannot say enough about this place. It had everything we needed close by and it was away from the hustle. We just took the bus that stopped out from for old town and we took our rental to Plitvice and Split for day trips. We cannot thank Cornelius and Dina for making our stay perfect. We highly recommend this Airbnb.
