The Bell House Retreat. An all-season refuge.

You might want to look elsewhere for the spa experience. Our home, nestled at the forest edge on a winding road, is not a staged property. It’s life in the country. Charleston Lake Park, beach, cross-country trails are 10 minutes away. The Thousand Islands tour boats are 15 minutes. Gananoque, Brockville, Kingston , and the locks and parks of the Rideau Canal are 35 minutes. A little fishing river runs around the area and we keep an old canoe for our four or fewer guests. Three night minimum.

Peaceful setting on Stafford Bay. Great for fishing, canoeing, kayaking or just relaxing in the hammock. You can explore the Rideau Canal from Jones Falls to Upper Brewers without locking through. We have 2 canoes a paddleboat and 2 sit on top Kayaks ( one is a 2 seater) which you are welcome to use.
