Very bucolic, the place offers moments of pleasure for those who enjoy nature. It is 800 meters from Três Bacias, Poço das Esmeraldas and 1.2 km from Cachoeira de Deus, Penedo's main natural tourist attractions. We have a small dry sauna, barbecue area and direct access to Ribeirão das Pedras, for a nice swim in its clear water. The distance to the Center is 5 km. By car, 12 minutes is enough to complete the journey. There is a market 3 km from the property.

Beautiful newly built house in Alto de Penedo (Fazendinha), with modern structure, cozy, with a lot of contact with nature, being very close to the best waterfalls. House with swimming pool, barbecue area, wood stove, and with all the structure for you to spend incredible moments. Very quiet location and at the same time easy access (all paved) to the market and to the Centrinho de Penedo by car.
