Nikolas' house is a great place to spend time in Sao Paulo. The village where the house is located is quiet and full of privacy, in a location that is one of the best possible - very close to the subway, good restaurants and bars. And Nikolas is a great host, super polite and proactive for any issue you need. I recommend 100%.

Iberê was very helpful in the face of several changes I had to make on the dates of the stay, and responds very quickly. About the site, it has a great location, in a dead end street where there is not much movement of cars. Well wooded town hall and well private and quiet place. Announced services present, the only complaints are the lack of microwaves and the fan that does not make so much wind. Good house structure, but one suggestion is to surround the staircase upstairs, I found it a little dangerous. But I would be there again, because the neighborhood is extremely quiet and the house is close to everything: bakery, market, restaurant, subway... Very good!

Maria was a nice host and gave us a flexible check in time and check out time and when I asked if there was a hairdryer she also went out and bought a new hair dryer which was very kind.

Wonderful place to stay! Super responsive host, helped us feel at home, helped with everything, always ready to answer any questions and help us with anything. Definitely a place I'd come back to! Besides being superbly located, close to the subway station, several good and cheap restaurants and super quiet to walk regardless of the time (we returned from a show at 3 a.m.)

The house is very beautiful and matches the photos. Elaine was very kind and always available to answer any doubts. The condominium is very quiet and safe. It has a market and winery very nearby and is very well located.

The house is impeccable. Great structure, many suites, making guests comfortable. The house also has several common environments, making the experience even better. The outdoor/garden space is also nice. We took dogs and gave them a lot to play. And the pool is also very good! I'll come back again!

Carlos has always been very helpful, from the first contact. The place is impeccable with great kitchen structure, utilities, etc. The leisure space is shared with other units (swimming pool, barbecue area) and everything is very well maintained and cared for. The road to the beach is by a beautiful trail with remnants of preserved Atlantic Forest, which lasts about 15 min ( by foot). If you are with children, use the car to the Orla. Carlos allowed the use of two bikes, which allowed us to walk through almost the entire Riviera. We'll come back more often, for sure.

The space (indoors and outdoors) is wonderful. I stayed a month at Villa Condor and felt at home. Thank you for your hospitality.

Place read and with an amazing view, we stayed last year on the same date. house with a lot of utensils makes all the difference. has a vegetable garden and we can use fresh vegetables. spacious house several rooms with a lot of privacy. Ângela in the Christmas season leaves the house beautiful and decorated a key point.

The house is amazing, maybe even better than in the photos. Very spacious, beautiful, with several leisure items, plenty of bedding. Unfortunately, we were unable to use the hot tub due to setbacks that did not allow it to work. Excellent cost-benefit and very close to SP!

It is hard to put in words how amazing it was to stay with Beth. First of, she has a heart of gold, by far the best host I met through airbnb. She was always available when I needed anything and promptly responded to my requests. I felt completely at home at her place. Truly like a home out of home. The garden is a delight, an oasis of beauty and peace. The neighborhood is amazing, full of great shops, restaurants and bars, yet the house was very quiet. We spent the carnival family , and everything was perfect .. The house is exactly the same as the ad , easily accessible , for those who do not like to leave the house to go in long markets, there is a market near the condominium and you find everything in it . Carlos was a great host, removed all my doubts and was super patient , because I filled with questions rs The view of the house is beautiful and it is super spacious , has all household utensils, fridge and freezer work perfectly well .
