Excellent location, close to the beach and main avenue of Guaratuba, great place for morning walks, the apartment has a sea view and a good balcony to relax, comfortable beds and air-conditioned rooms.

Jorge and Ana Otimos Hosts! the town took us by boat to the beach and Tb offered kayak and stand up for us to use. And we end the stay with a delicious siri soup!!! a loved one we love it and will definitely be back

Very beautiful place, very good apartment, everything was clean and organized, we will definitely come back again, the view from the balcony is beautiful, even more beautiful than in the photos. Marcelo was super attentive to us, he responded quickly and answered all questions, I have nothing to complain about. Not to mention the many activities you can do in the place.

Excellent space, it also has a comfortable sofa bed in the living room. Everything you need in a kitchen is available. Netflix, Amazon Prime and Globo play on rainy days were also essential. Very close to Prainha, even if you leave about 10 minutes before sunrise you can admire this spectacle. Marcus is an excellent host, very helpful and responded quickly to any request. i went with my family. we did not know the place. the house is beautiful, the place beautiful,beautiful the people 😄❤️ we are delighted. we were wonderfully received. the house is cozy. i felt at home. my children loved it , asked if we could stay there forever ,rsrs only wanted to go back to get our dog🥹🙏❤️. everything is very organized and thought for our well-being. the kitchen is simple but it has everything that is needed and within nature. this brings unparalleled peace. i was only one day unfortunately😞. but it brought me so much well-being and peace. it looks like we spent weeks there. i returned reinvigorated home. only one thing I hated vddd. and my whole family tbm hated it. 😞😤😡 have to come away! i wish this day wasn't over. thank you very much Fernanda and her parents for the accommodation and all caring and dedication. next time we'll stay longer. thank you so much for everything. is success and prosperity. may Jehovah God bless you greatly . there is a little piece of heaven. bjao

Very nice place,super private,house with privileged view,we love to spend some family nights, sarita a great attentive and polite host. We enjoy every space in the house ,we saw the sunrise ,the moonlight at night And a detail the house was clean and smelling we will return with family for sure ,super indico !

The house is very nice and is just a few steps from the sea! You can sleep to sleep hearing the sound of the waves... a delight! Maria Angela was super attentive to us and we had a delicious stay! I indicate the house for those who want to go with friends or with family and want to stay beeemm close to the sea!

The house is extremely cozy and well-equipped, ideal for resting and enjoying the coastline. The view to the sea is incredible. The location is also excellent. Ideal house for three families, it looks just as it is in the photos. Very practical the distance to the beach with entrance in front, the terrace is beautiful and the sea is very nice. I recommend!

What to say about this stay? Maravilhosa. The house surprised us from the moment we joined it. Ampla, with the 5 suites as described, private, always clean swimming pool, with the homemade who passed the house every 2 days, keeping it always clean for use. The surprise came because the house is bigger than it looks on the picture. It has all the amenities to cook, something we did in a family with a lot of constancy, in addition to using the barbecue space a lot. At night, we adults sat chatting on the outer sofas. The sea is just steps away and the host still offered umbrellas and chairs. Thank you very much Arnaldo, it will always be very well recommended and, when we think about guaratuba as a destination, it will definitely be at your home.

The Hosts were kind and thoughtful. The Location of the apartment is excellent, with a beautiful sea view. The Condominium is safe and has several areas for leisure. Great place to go with your family.

Leandro is a great host, cordial and attentive, returns contacts quickly. The apartment is very well located, comfortable and spacious. It's also very well equipped. It is not necessary to bring anything but personal items, beach towels, food and drinks (the apartment already has a water cooler filter, which helps a lot and surprised us, as it was not in the description). The configuration of the rooms comfortably accommodates 8 people (3 bedrooms with double bed and 1 bedroom with two single beds). Anyway, it was a very enjoyable stay! We recommend it! We recommend it.

The property's location is wonderful, facing the sea!!! In a very quiet region and close to the excitement of Praia de Leste and Ipanema, Matinhos and Caiobá on the other side. The condominium has a very good structure in the outdoor areas, swimming pool and indoor and outdoor game structure. I highly recommend it and we'll be back in the summer for sure!
